I had an operator call me looking for one. As I did some research I could not find anything.

Yes hard to find and pricey around 475 last I seen one. So if a project comes up with a bad/hacked cpu, think twice about it or try to get it cheap . FWIW If an op wants it charge him more, They never seem to be the ones that give any deals on stuff like this.

Did not think they were as I just ordered a brand new one from Ks about a 8 months ago. Stern had just run another batch then. Call Ks they may have a date of Stern making more.

At under 500 is reasonably price. ( As the goes for new ones )

I have 2 of them, but didn't really want to sell them. And if I did I was trying to get a feel for what the going prices are

They will be made again by Stern just like they were a few months ago. I paid 465 w/roms for my game. Anything under 500 shipped would be a fair price.
