Check the coin switches on the coin door, make sure the wire forms aren’t making the switches ground agains the door itself. Can cause odd tilt behavior.
Also check the diodes on the flipper coils. Seen that manifest odd things too.
Assuming you already checked the tilt switch mounted on the bottom of the playfield near the flippers.
