I'll buy whatever WOZ they make next so long as it's got 2.0 boards from the factory. Money in hand waiting impatiently. :p

I hope not. That would make no sense at all.
Quoted from KLR2014:I know but is that sign also in the ECLE ?
Quoted from PanzerFreak:Not on JJP's Facebook. That is a picture of an ECLE.
Hmm, don't all the ECLE's and standards say "Follow the Yellow Brick Road" while the 75ths say "75th anniversary limited edition"?
So, is that a new WOZ? It says "We're off to see the wizard"??
EDIT: nevermind looks like the ECLE's randomly said different things so that is apparently an ECLE
Quoted from cleland:$12,500 and limited to 200 world wide.
Man I hope you're joking. That would be a stupid price. Anything over $9500 IMO is more than it should be given that's more than any WOZ already costed NIB to date.
Quoted from delt31:Very smart move by Jack. These 200 will be sold out in a week or less.
Highly doubt it. POTC CE still aren't sold out and that game is just as good as WOZ.
Quoted from arcademojo:Pretty sure that's been said in another forum. Only 200 YBR and they are only running enough RR to fill the orders they already have.
Sounds like this will be the a temporary stopping point for WOZ until they get more demand. So expect the price to be inline with the CE. $12,500.
If not it will still be over what the RR is going for.
I don't think there are any outstanding RR. I have been trying to buy an RR for a while and was told they weren't taking orders for them the last couple months and that no are being made right now, so there are no outstanding orders for them.
Quoted from Eskaybee:Get a WOZ standard with 2.0 lighting?
There are none at any reputable distros that I have found.
Quoted from cleland:Updated my original info. $11,500 and 500 units. Still too much for me. To think I had an original ECLE at $6500 back in the day. I tend to make poor decisions with these things.
Where are you seeing this info?
Quoted from Ericpinballfan:If they remove anything (Jack), it will be a huge mistake. People barely forgave them on Pirates.
Especially if the price will be higher.
Quoted from lancestorm:Debating stuff from a source that doesn’t exist is a complete waste of time
You realize that at this point games are being seen in person at TPF right?
Quoted from arcademojo:Just seen a dealer posting for deposits on the new YBR WOZ. Said they plan to be shipping around April.
Who? Where?
Quoted from bigd1979:I think if they wld of kept the monkey , matched the trim with the yellow art a little more, then maybe a 11k price point wldnt be as bad? The extras are nice and it will be the least produced edition to date. The rr versions were 9500 and sold out . Also the list price isn't the sale price from my experience ... you cld get a rr version shipped to your door for under 9k.
I wish I knew how to find these distributors that ship games below list and free shipping. I call lots of distributors and none of them budge on price and no free shipping. Tried this with WOZ, MBr, and a couple other games.
Whether you pay tax or not depends on if your state is enforcing requiring tax for purchases outside of the state. And in many cases it requires the seller to have a minimum number of transactions or minimum $$ amount before they must collect the tax. The full list can be seen here:
https://sovos.com/mandates/south-dakota-v-wayfair-economic-nexus-threshold-table/
So, there are still quite a few distros who simply don't do enough business in remote states that they need to collect the taxes regardless.
Quoted from adol75:According to TWIP, the YBR is limited to 500 units with 200 being made for a start.
That’s according to Jack. He said it at TPF. :p
Quoted from gliebig:We're there that many issues with the monkey?
Only JJP knows for sure.
