moving-installing woodstoves, we'd often sled them up stairs with rope and pulleys if we could find an anchor point. one person could do the majority of the work pretty easily. sled was ply with the ends warped up, a stop block and a strap to hold the stove to it, nylon type plastic bottom, grab handles at both ends. it'd be easy to make one like it.
