There's some good bang for the buck pins in the DE/SEGA lineup. I have/had JP, Royal Rumble & LW3 (simple & fast).

I recently played tamoore's SEGA's, Baywatch, BF & ST, and wouldn't mind owning any of them. They're entertaining and most can be had for around $2k or less.

One thing to keep in mind on the DE pins, expect some board repairs/replacement, at least that's been my experience. Can't vouch for SEGA, haven't owned any yet.

Markus Rothkranz, self proclaimed top pinball artist. Yeah ok.

This vid gave me a few laughs.....

I love the LW3 quick-note: "Painted in 2 days", I believe that!

Quoted from PEN:

I like JPs art too, but that does not change the fact that after you watch his video you are left with a bad taste in your mouth. Somehow the guy acts as if he is embarrassed by working on pinballs,

Pretty much what I was getting at. He did state in the 90's he was the worlds #1 pinball artist, something I question. Yes, he did some great work, but #1?

"I didn't want to be known for that, I was a film maker, not a pinball guy"

Maybe he wants to be known for this instead:

CAUTION! DO NOT EAT WHILE VIEWING!

Quoted from Hobbypinball:

#1 pinball artist.......sometimes when you're full of sh*t you need a little enema.

Maybe he was #2?
