It's funny - when I was a new member here (over 10 years ago), the asking price for pins was well BELOW the estimated prices listed here on Pinside. I remember thinking "nobody is getting the prices listed here on Pinside" 
Yeah - times have really changed. I blame the sky high price of new pins for the rapidly increasing prices of our old pins.
