Yes.
The only difference is that the -05 board has three additional fuses - a 3ASB on the 28v line, a 4ASB on the 50v line and another 4ASB on the relay. If the TFTC has a problem in these areas you won't have fuse protection - but otherwise are interchangable.
BTW Rottendog sells a replacement that they say replaces either version:
