Preorder is gone from Bestbuy, now just says coming soon. I was on the page from this morning and clicked the preorder button, I received an error this item cannot be added to your cart as it's unavailable. Maybe they sold out of the preorders already.

Preorders were done earlier in the month, sold out in a few hours. I hesitated and they were gone, had one in my cart and it became invalid.

Does the update fix the lag?

On the arcade1up website the Star Wars and Marvel updates are gone. Only the AFM is still available for downloads.
