Lots of different ways I’m sure. I use Wemo’ s and Alexa...when I walk in the game room I say, turn on game room and it all comes on. I’m sure a solution could be worked out using Insteon outlets and motion sensors. You basically are going to want to have a WiFi outlet, and then find a system that also has motion sensors. I know Phillips HUE has a motion sensor, but I’m not sure if they have outlets. Almost all these setups run from your phone, so having one that hooks to an app is going to be a necessity more than likely.
