I am surprised nobody has mentioned Oregon Trail yet.

Or the Scott Adams Adventures.

Or Bruce Artwick's subLogic Flight Simulator with the flat land and the mountains that were just lines on the edge of the world. My favorite trick was to fly through the mountains, do a loop the loop and land on the underside of the world.

Or Bruce Artwick's subLogic 3D Drawing package.

Or the Dunjonquest series.

All this Apple ][ talk made me go dig in the dusty bin of antiquities. The little grey punch was a 5.25" floppy square write hole punch. I flipped it over to show the square hole, but I am not sure it is very visible.
