Really want this pin, so many reasons to make it my next NIB. Sad that with the Canadian dollar in the toilet I have to wait and may never get a chance. It'd be about $8300 by the time it gets to my door

Quoted from zero:I'm getting it here for quite a bit less than that.
6000*1.17exchange*1.05gst = $7371 Plus brokerage, bond & misc related fees ($235) = 7606
Plus shipping to Yellowknife is about $900 because I am in the far north. So if I can get extremely lucky and get shipping for $700 then it's still $8300.
Let me know if you have a way to significantly reduce the price, but I'm dealing with Livingston International for my brokerage on US pins.
Quoted from GetTheJackpot:I can think of plenty to complain about.
1. Not got the necessary clearances/certifications to ship down-under (As far as I am aware)
2. Crappy exchange rate between USD and AUD
3. Cant build them fast enough
4. I am poor
Haha.. have the same issues in Canada. I want AMH but exchange rate, tax, shipping and brokerage is a killer.
Quoted from jeffspinballpalace:Why does Spooky Pinball mention the name of their very exciting product on their website, while not everybody does
Because they don't have prima donna licensors to deal with.
I think Leprechaun would be a good license theme for Spooky. I'm in the market for a serious horror pin (Like Freddy) but leprechaun is enough of a joke that it might tickle Charlie's fancy but can still get the chainsaw dmd animations a la tales from the crypt and various other violent deaths, lightning storms, dim lighting, cool flashers etc. from the horror genre. Something modern that would go with Frankenstein, BSD etc. with better artwork, color scheme. I feel that the horror genre could deliver a lot better than it has in the past, especially with modern artwork, sound and lighting.
A "Child's play" or Bride of Chucky pin could be cool too.
BTW I really want AMH, it looks great and all of the positive feedback about it is amazing.
I think people just didn't know what to expect as far as quality, support, rules and game style. From my perspective since they are backed up with orders for about another 5 months, there was time to wait and see how the game would be received. I don't think this pin will have any problem selling out - people will buy once the waiting times go down and they hear all the customer reviews.
