When I asked her early this week, she said late March or early April.

Yes 25 shipped 75 sold means 50 ahead of you for new orders.

Divide 50/8 and you get 5-6 months as a worst case. Assuming we sell all 150 we hope to be done by Expo next year.

Straight no BS answers from a guy who's about to spend his second Sunday in a row getting code ready for an X Mas update! (I did sleep in at least)

From the straight no BS team!

Glad to hear 75 have sold so far. I know people out West who are pretty interested, but haven't had a chance to play yet, and that's making them unable to commit.

I doubt you guys will have the time to get one out to the Arcade Expo down here in January, but that's always the tricky part, getting the game in front of people for them to fall in love with.

#105 9 years ago

I'm in on this. I decided this weekend. I'm waiting on final instructions to send payment. I'm really looking forward to this game joining my collection!

#106 9 years ago

Spooky how about some tee shirts made up!!!?

#107 9 years ago

I got the chance to put some good play time on it at Chicago Expo. It was a fun pin really impressive what this group did in a short amount of time. Can't wait to see what Spooky has in store for us in the future!

Follow them on Facebook, where there have been several opportunities to buy some gear.

I should be getting mine very soon (KT says it is ready to ship) I am hoping to get it by the New Year. It is fully paid for and is just waiting for the shipping company...Can't Wait

Any of those out West in Cali want to come give it a try let me know.

Sweet. Little too far for us SoCal folks (to be clear I've played it myself) but good for NorCal, so thanks for the offer.

Nice to hear all the positive feedback for Charlie. I started listening to the podcast back in 2010, before convincing my wife that buying "a" pinball machine was a good idea, before knowing much at all about the pinball scene. Never would have guessed that a few years later the guy would be building his own games. When I was a teenager I used to sketch out ideas for pins but never got an further than that. Charlie is LIVING THE DREAM. Kudos.

I don't have the expendable $ to lay out for a AMH, but if I did I would probably buy one without having to play it first. A game designed by a true pinball fan is probably going to be pretty great, because we're the ones that always want more and are really discerning about what makes a great game. I really hope the people who can afford to will support Spooky Pinball, it's a hell of a thing he's done!

Great game. Straight, no BS answers. Timely code.

Man, you guys suck - we don't have anything to complain about.

The bigs guys must hate you for showing them how it should be done.

#114 9 years ago

That's it, I've heard enough. You can mark another AMH off the list. I'm in

Welcome rookie Ghost Hunters! I "Sensed you would make that decision".

I can think of plenty to complain about.

1. Not got the necessary clearances/certifications to ship down-under (As far as I am aware)
2. Crappy exchange rate between USD and AUD
3. Cant build them fast enough
4. I am poor

#117 9 years ago

So if I want one of these how do I order it? How many distributors are there?

#118 9 years ago

Anyone want to buy a really nice Shadow so I can turn it into an AMH?

Either www.spookypinball.com or http://www.pinballstar.com/

Haha.. have the same issues in Canada. I want AMH but exchange rate, tax, shipping and brokerage is a killer.

Working hard on that now... first game going to Canada real soon, then the rest of the world.

#122 9 years ago

I cant wait to get mine... maybe February??

This is basically what I did. Sold Shadow to fund AMH. No regrets as I'm really looking forward to this game!

#125 9 years ago

I still really want to play one of these in person. The animation on it is fantastic, some of the best dots I've seen on a game. Adds a ton of depth to the game.

Thanks for telling me! Makes me feel not as dumb for thinking it. I have new ramps, new plastics, alt translite and powder coated blue legs to match the cabinet. It's my nicest game by far, but I'm out of space as it is so good to downsize.

#127 9 years ago

Why does Spooky Pinball mention the name of their very exciting product on their website, while not everybody does?

Because they don't have prima donna licensors to deal with.

I also sold Shadow to make room for AMH. AMH has some big shoes to fill but I'm sure it is up to the task.

#130 9 years ago

I sold Class of 1812 to clear a space. It was hard to let it go, but no regrets here. There was no way I was missing out on AMH.

#131 9 years ago

Looks like my shadow is sold. A few more games to go and I can buy the game and an engagement ring so I don't get murdered. Anyone looking for Spring Break or Bally Atlantis.

#132 9 years ago

Shadow, the movie where Alec Baldwin is Chinese... somehow. For some reason.

So we have this new "PinHeck Tool" program that will make it easier to update your AMH (or future Spooky game)

Connect the cable, run the program, if your code is older than what's online, it updates for you.

Earlier shipped AMH you might have to select the HEX manually, still, pretty easy.

X-Mas Code Package FTW! Stay tuned and be sure to leave cookies out.

#133 9 years ago

That sounds amazing.

I reject your claim sir (sort of) We've hired a new cabinet minion in the last few weeks, and should probably hire a another utility minion to speed up this process a little more.

Here's the "no bs" part. I'm trying hard to keep all my guys fully employed and the balancing act is this... Build faster than we sell, not good. Sell faster than we can build... not good either. So, we take baby steps here until we get it right.

6 games in play testing, 1 in the box, 1 ready to be boxed. Next 10 games behind these are already under way!

Here's what I know... haven't had more than a Sunday off in 2 years, and we're sending all the minions home for a 4 day weekend, and other than meeting a truck on Friday to ship a game I'm gonna do the same and just hang out with my family.

That's all I wanted for Christmas this year.

Merry Christmas everyone! Can't thank you all enough for the support you've given us this past year. Lot's of first world problems to conquer in 2015 here and make this little company even better!

Congrats spooky, I'm ready to order mine just waiting for money to clear paypal from a game I sold yesterday. Enjoy your holidays.

#136 9 years ago

Congrats to Spooky and team ! PinballSTAR Amusements will throw out there that anyone in the Northeast area that wants to see and play our 'showroom' game before we bring it out to the public once again (Allentown Pinfest in May) please feel free to give us a call.

We are Spooky Pinball's only outside distributor and have been VERY busy these past few weeks with a good number of new sales and alot of additional inquiries. We've just also ordered a nice supply of AMH games to have in stock for immediate sales down the road and for game in the box at the 2015 shows we will be at (if they last that long) !

AMH has gotten warm reviews from any of the customers we have sold games to and we are happy to help expose the game for Ben and Charlie in areas out east they can't... It's great to see that as this game is getting out there to customers / shows more people realize that these guys did a good job. They are 'real', making games, not taking money too early, shipping games since May, taking suggestions to improve things along the way, and still are, get this, drama free - go figure !

Speaking of drama - Charlie / Ben can't you guys make a game about Kim Jung Un or something to stir things up ? Think of all the free publicity ! LOL...

Anyone interested in AMH feel free to reach out to us...

I hope this was my game Charlie, KT gave me the "your game is ready" email last week and I gave her dates that would work for delivery...Really excited to add this one to the collection.

I hope you and your family were able to have wonderful relaxing Christmas and enjoy each other...you could definitely use a break over there.

Keep up the great work and thanks for the communication.

This is awesome. I will definetly play this one, whenever you get it.

I tried to get my own, but can't seem to sell JY or A13, so I'll just have to bum some games from you.

Well done sir!

Cool pics of the machines. My AMH in five away according to spooky pinball. I cannot wait to get the machine.

What clearances/certifications are needed? Are these c/c also needed for second hand machines? Are these c/c even enforced and if so how?

Yes... WE WILL BE BRINGING AN AMH TO TEXAS!!!

Really, that's a big deal for us. We're just now getting to the point we can afford to get out and hit a few more shows and it really feels pretty damn good. We've never been farther from home than Chicago or Milwaukee with a game, so this is gonna be a loooong road trip from Benton, WI... but an absolute blast!

Can't wait to get there.
