Yes very fitting for a space theme.

He did Pluto Nash. It’ll be fine.

Quoted from pinchamp:This playfield cover must have something to do with fold and fight. What else would the function of this folding flap be? It is larger than the top of the back box.

Nothing more than a decorative cover.......and it's not a camera. The head would have to be folded. Would make no sense.

A folded head on a playable pinball machine makes no sense. Yet here we are…

Best logic on this thread yet*
Quoted from Kkoss24:Now that I’m looking at the poster ,could “fold n flight” possibly mean during gameplay (dreaming here) the head will fold down and that’s a lcd on top (has a temp decal installed for delivery) so at that point the tank is flying and there’s a video outer space battle mode ?
What about the ultimate blinder. Like Tommy on steroids. The head folds down and the space guy is a monitor broadcasting what is going on on the playfield. I’m betting not, but that would be quite profound.
Its all geared up for that 36.5 seconds of staring at it once you unbox it and get the legs on, then bolt on the "treads", then use that screw hole everyone thinks is a camera to attach the turret and lock it in place, then shut the little door flap to "complete" the tank look.
Once you get done marveling at it for 36.5 seconds, you open up the machine and never ever close it again. The tank is done, it has done it's one job. It got you to buy this pinball machine. Thats it. Nothing else. No hidden agendas, no hidden self-erecting cabinet heads, no working tank treads, no little hidden games in the backbox. Total "build in some fomo hype" BS to help sell a retro-outer space themed pinball machine that borrows from the campy sci-fi shtick that seems to hang on the industry ever since AFM, RFM, BBB, RAZA, and now GTF have tried to recreate that original AFM campy formula that has made it the powerhouse title it continues to be.
Who wouldn't want some more of that in a new box? Maybe not everyone in pinball, like they keep thinking, but there seems to be a plethera of camp-happy nerds in this hobby and they are willing to try and sell us just about anything.
The tank cab design is wild i love it. It's crazy he thought of the wacky idea and got it made. He definitely likes to have fun I bet he smokes doobies.

I bet he does..and if you look at the .gif above..looks like doobie brotha's to me
Quoted from Coindork:Someone should put one on casters and walk it around their game room while they play it.
I ordered a pair of pinball skates just for that porpose...
Quoted from PalmettoPinworks:They need to put something out ASAP as I think tons of people in the market are spending their pinball allowance money on Scooby Doo, Foo Fighters, and Godfather.
Quoted from gjm:I know it's not "space theme" but every time I think about a tank, I think of Oddball and his crew in "Kelly's Heroes". [quoted image]

For a non-licenced game against the competition, I think that's a damn fine result for Galactic Tank Force.
But you're right, tomorrow is the official reveal and we'll see how quickly American can roll (pun) these games out.
I spoke with David Fix and they will have games in boxes at the show.
Ok people we only have 24 hours or so, lets get the wildest speculations going, until we find out that indeed, its just a screw, and not a time portal as I suspect.
I’m having too much fun with all the wild speculation in this thread, I think they should delay the reveal a few more days.

The general style of the artwork kind of reminds me of Tank Girl.

Maybe it will make sense tomorrow?
Could be a disguise for a Kelly’s Heroes theme with Big Joe Telly Savalas, Clint Eastwood, Don Rickles, Oddball.
Great ww2 tank scenes!
Quoted from jeffspinballpalace:Tank running over a parked car and driven by Arnold_S. If any movie star could sell the Tank version of GTF, it would be him.

I couldn’t believe it either. Lost a lot of respect for him after that.

So glad someone brought this up.
Quoted from punkin:In a thread about a pinball that has nothing to do with him?
Sure.
Tanks for pointing that out. Let’s get back on track.
Quoted from Zablon:I think it's officially Wednesday somewhere. Where' the reveal??
Needs to be Wednesday in Freedom Minutes!
