I'm doing enough board work now that I'd like to get a desoldering station and throw away the hand pump, but not enough work to justifying $300+ for a Hakko. The Anesty on Amazon *looks* decent and is priced right at $129 with free Prime shipping. Anyone out there have any practical use with this tool that can offer any opinions? Thanx!

I have it. It's good enough to perform board repairs, replace components in power driver boards. Spare parts are easily available.

I have the bigger one that includes this and the soldering station.
Fits my need perfectly while being affordable, and as mentionned above you can easily replace parts if you break the desoldering gun like I did.
