With pinball parts, shipping is a part of life. If you dont like it, go buy your parts at a brick & mortar store!

We keep our shipping simple. Free for orders over $100, $6.00 for orders under $100. For the longest time we kept it at $5.00 and then post office increased it to over $6.00 for our flat rate boxes.

Most of us here have thousands of dollars in pinball machines, yet there are complaints about $7.00 shipping charges.

    Quoted from cottonm4:

You could probably ship $130.00 worth of leg bolts in the next-to-smallest size of USPS flat rate box for about $12.00 since the USPS flat rate boxes are sold by size and not by weight.

There are still weight limits, 70lbs for flat rate boxes

I've had customers order a whole bunch of balls that filled up an entire small flat rate box.

    Quoted from flynnibus:

Clearly there is pinside market demand for a Canadian online domestic parts reseller.... Yet none have emerged... Before bitching more maybe Canadians should investigate why?

Who will volunteer to be a mule between Canada/USA to smuggle pinball parts without duties? anyone?

    Quoted from xTheBlackKnightx:

    I have, repeatedly.

A person is willing to spend $$$ on a machine, but ¢¢¢ on parts and shipping?

    Marco is not fleecing buyers.

People think they are getting fleeced somehow, I dont get it.

They'll spend time and money on gas to go pick up a $1000+++ machine but frown on spending money to ship parts?

Is there some other service out there that will take your stuff from point A to point B, for under $10?

Marco, Pinball Life, PBR, etc etc all have to make money somehow, they can increase their prices to pay for the time it does to pack and the packing material etc etc. Would there then be complaints that parts prices are so high?
