Relatively simple. From the looks of the cabinet, I ruled out Gottlieb and Williams games in my mind. Then I searched for all games from 1945-1950. Clicked on anything I saw that was western or southwest related and not GTB or WMS. I believe I hit it on my third try. From the design, I believe the jukebox is a Rock-Ola, but that one is a little harder to tell from the picture.
