Early Chicago gaming bat?
Just a guess.
It's the lighting throwing me off because it looks longer than than lighting flippers. Ie ,Fishtales.
I would guess it may be from a former pinball manufacturer that was outside the US.
Centro Matic in Spain, possibly?

I just measured it... the overall length is almost 75mm... a standard Williams bat is about 73mm, and a lightening bat is about 70mm...

I'll send the pic to a Spanish EM collector friend, he's got at least one Centromatic game in his collection...
Odd how this would end up in my spares, it's never been used (shaft doesn't have any indent from being clamped)... the dirt in the pic is just from it being stored with other stuff.
