I may have missed something. Ive seen the Luci edition but I dont get what Luci has to do with AC/DC. I could see Rosie. As in the whole lotta rosie song but ive never heard of Luci before.

It officially has nothing to do with AC/DC...it's just a concept that fits with their vibe. Loose slutty devil girl. Play on words. Loose-y. Luci(fer).
As for the original question, no I have a Premium already and am perfectly happy with it actually portraying AC/DC.

dealer price quotes are $200 more for luci as opposed to the original premium. don't go buy stern's msrp. It is severly bloated.

You'd trade if it was straight and you think Luci is much better than the one you have. That doesn't sound right to me, does it to you? It's like saying you'd trade a Tron CLU translight for a Tron 3d translight if it was a straight trade.
You're saying you'd trade a used open pin straight for a NIB that is much better looking?
To me, it would seem a used and worse looking pin is not a straight trade.
You're saying if someone offered you a new Luci you would not see the need to kick some cash?
In fact, I think some premium owners will want the better looking (to some better looking) and will sell their premium at a loss to buy a new premium.
