I prefer to name my kids after household appliance manufacturers.

Also thinking if its a girl hillary so that noone has high expectations on her and she can prove them wrong.

Shut it

I’ve had lots of opinions on names for my future children and after 4 years have realized I have very little say in the matter. I’m a slow learner..

William Oliver Zeddemore, we call him WOZ for short. Just joking!

I have a couple friends with sons named 'Maverick'. I have always liked that name-it sounds tough and unique.

Cant really think of many others?

Magneto?
Sanctum Wear?
Dirty Harry?
Shasta?

#9 4 years ago

My second child was going to be Maverick if she would have been a boy. Had nothing to do with pinball though...

How about flipper?

Rod.

#12 4 years ago

No, but I always thought Bally was a great name for a pet.

#13 4 years ago

Didn't name any of my kids after a pin, but insured one has awesome high score initials...

TNT

I’ve been trying to get a kid named Steel for a while now. Everyone keeps shooting it down. I think it’s an awesome name. Steel Richard (Dick) Duke. Maybe I’ll just change my name.

As guess as long as it isn't "big bang bar"

Had a rat named Gorgar once

#17 4 years ago

I think it would be cool to name a girl Xenon. Definitely sounds more appropriate than Multiball.

#18 4 years ago

Probably Nellie because might wife has some fat ones which will surely be passed down...

#19 4 years ago

My neighbor named their son Nixon after the watch manufacturer. Naming them after a pin would be naming them after the IP/theme in most cases. Indy sounds cool.

Rudy Pinbot Addams is a handsome name.

Never heard of a kid named after a pinball machine.

Met a few named Shelby, and one guy locally, named Chevy.

As close as I have discovered was kid named Odin, as his mother called his name, out in the Bank.

We have a black cat named Gorgar. It was actually my wife's idea.

#23 4 years ago

I like fast cars. The guys in my car club called me The Cruiser.

Naming kids after pinball is stupid...
-Guy who named his three boys from Simpsons characters

#26 4 years ago

As a father of a daughter, I can't bring myself to suggest "TNA". Just can't. Won't do it.

#27 4 years ago

A coworker of mine named his daughter Wednesday after The Addams Family. She was a born on a Saturday.

#28 4 years ago

I had a friend that named his dog "Pinball".

John

We named our daughter Cora after quorra from Tron. I didn't exactly tell my wife that was where I got inspired for the name from

#30 4 years ago

My son named our dog Indy after Indiana Jones - who according to the films apparently took that nickname from the dog.

Just like his daddy and his daddy before?

#33 4 years ago

I convinced my wife to name our daughter Morgan. My favorite drink is a Captain Morgan and coke. She knows where I got the idea from but liked the name.
Did name my cat Phoenix after my Phoenix pinball machine.

I’ll paypal you $500 if you name your kid Gorgar Lionman (insert last name).

Has to be on the birth certificate though.

Not pinball related but I was watching the news years ago and they were doing a report on bike thefts, the young victim interviewed was named, I shit you not, Genghis Muskox.

I thought that was the coolest name ever.

Homosapian child, spawned between himself and a female of the same species.

By the way, I offered my brother $1000 to name his first kid.
He asked me what the name was going to be and I said “ Cornelius Marmalade”.
His response was “you might as well name him my uncle is an asshole”.

#39 4 years ago

Yep. Named my first-born Attack from Mars.

You didn't name your daughter Apu, did you?

#41 4 years ago

When little Richard grows up, he'll be a Big Dick, just like his dad.

No girls in the house, my poor wife is outnumbered.

#44 4 years ago

I have a friend officially named William William, only because somebody screwed up the birth certificate and they never bothered to fix it. Last name not supposed to be William.
