I found it in a bag of fuses. No idea where I got it. Could be a fancy fuse puller? Looks too fancy for that.

Yup, Tee'd Off. Right side of game, next to red ramp flap

Odd, I've never owned that game. Very few Gottliebs. Something an operator left in a game I guess. Maybe it was used on multiple games? It could have come from a Stargate cabinet.
