It's a Bally Stock Market bingo. Without the head... free to a good home? With the head not working... free to a good home? I don't know if there's anything special about it, but broken bingos aren't very hard to find.
1971 Bally Stock Market is a 6 card bingo pinball machine. The first Bingo pinball for Bally was manufactured in 1951 called Bright Lights, which also was a 6 card game. Go to bingo.cdyn for much more info. Here's a few pictures of my 6 card Bally bingos.
