sounds like his behavior could be classified as disorderly conduct. The best course of action would have been to go to someone in charge of the show or hotel and report the behavior. I'm sure the hotel has procedures in place to deal with disorderly people.

I'm mostly speaking for myself. I've sold stuff to people i want to sell for less than i could have gotten from people i prefer not to deal with. this will be no different.

in all seriousness, though, the likelihood of you accurately diagnosing tourette's based on the description of this chain of events is slim to none.
