Told my dad to bid up to 4500 as was not able to go look at. It sold for 5150.

He actually talked to the fellow and said he helped him load it. He’s 75.

Just wondering how it was, my pop said it was nice but very dirty.

Quoted from CrazyLevi:

PLease remember to add around 25 percent in fees and taxes to that price. Sale price was beyond $6,000 easy.

There was NO buyers fee at this auction Levi

Quoted from cyroute:

I was the one who bought the game didn’t expect a bunch of guys there since it wasn’t advertised well. 5150 out the door minus 35.00 in quarters they left in the coin box that fell into the game when I loaded it. First time anyone applauded when I won something at an auction. It is plenty dirty. I already have the game stripped and did a quick wipe down with Novus 1 to start it will get the full treatment. I have a couple cracked plastics and the ramps are very dirty. I have replacement plastics and new ramps on the way. Trying to keep the repair budget to around 500.00 just trying to make a nice players game out of it. My wife loves this game, so it won’t be going anywhere until she tires of it. Cabinet art is very nice no fade that I can tell. I will upload pictures of before and the way it is now if anyone is interested.
hoby1 I did talk to your dad a little bit him and another guy jumped right in and helped shove it into my Durango. He talked very highley of you and your pinball restoration skills.

Not bad for a 75 year old...... THX for talking to him and sharing words. My mom and pop love auctions and meeting new people. Guess that what ya do when your retired and still full of energy.

Maybe we could get together sometime for beers and pin.
