actually I have that and a baseball champ. I don't think that is quite the correct way for the world series.. if you notice there is a lock on the top of the cabinet. First remove the batting mechanism( there are side clips that lock it in place) then unlock the lock on the top the glass should lift with ease up and then out. reverse order to install back in. taking that piece of molding off marks the cabinet and leaves it in need of touching up

you can access the clips holding down the batting mechanisms through the coin door on each of the sides. you may want to unplug the jones plug to completely remove the batting mechanism. after doing this and making sure the lock is unlocked on the top of the cabinet(you can see the key i think in my baseball champ), you can easily remove the glass... does your sound card work for your game?
