My understanding was that 1.6 is only available/works on a PUB card.
I also believe there may not have been any changes other than it being for a PUB card vs version 1.5.
Yea thats what I understood too...but I do think there are some 1.6's floatiin around somewhere. I am too lazy to look up the change long, but there was just support for some system added no new features rules etc...so 1.5 should be fine.
