Funny I'm leaving disney literally right now .
Played it yesterday and it's in better than usual shape.
Op has it set to 4 ball, weird.
We played it yesterday too. Yup, 4 balls for a buck was odd but still fun. Amanda had a good run on it, the kid behind her was encouraged to give it a try, not sure he got very far with that since mom only offered up a quarter.
Golfingdad1, did you check out of Grand California this morning just after 11? There was a white Arizona car just ahead of us as we were loading up. We were admiring the wisdom of traveling with a cooler...
Mike, I took a lot of pictures of it, we can make it happen....
Lets do it! My neighbor works for disney imagineering, i will see if he can help, he's pretty good at that kind of stuff.
Not us checking out with cooler at Grand Cali.
We were at disneyland hotel, with that being said , I would say 50% of tucson with kids leaves and goes to Disney for Rodeo Week, yes we have rodeo week and the schools shut down.
I was going to say how does MrArt know I travel with a cooler ?
I played it in again in January. It's back after a long time behind the scenes and it's in as good of shape as it had been in quite a long time.
Converting a cabinet over to something like this should be too hard; but, if I were to do it - I would defineatly keep the original cabinet just in case I ever wanted to go back.
Quoted from sd_tom:
I got the impression it is a veneer over the original cabinet.
Veener ?
Yup, looks like an oak veneer then all trimmed up, wouldnt be too hard to do, take a bit of time is all.
Damn, man , I knew I should have taken some pics the other day . I actually looked the cab over and told my daughter, sh*t this looks great . We go every year, and it looked better than usual.
IMO , I would say it's a veneer over cabinet . I am no expert and have no idea how they did the lockdown bar.
Looks sweet! One thing i don't like about the DISINDY machine is the side rails are too wide and very uncomfortable. Are you going to make them narrower?
Quoted from GAP:
We are currently making one. It will be close to the one Dine made. Cabinet and art will be distressed one all the art work is painted.

Is that a button mounted on the underside of the cabinet and if so, why?
I think that's just a button sitting in the cabinet, not attached.
Work looks awesome !!!

You're probably right, but the kid in me was hoping I just found out about the free credit button fellow pinheads put on their machines.

The secret buttons underneath the cab usually open the door to the secret pachinko rooms we all keep hidden behind our pins!

I might be gullible but secret and pachinko go together like crack and Bible studies.
I always loved this cabinet. When I bought my IJ, the cabinet was totally bleached and I was considering trying to paint it to look like the Disney one. Got lucky and scored some real decals from Bay Area... .this was lucky because I have no artistic skills. Actually prefer the Disney look.
Side note:
Someone out there on the internet made a virtual pinball cabinet with awesome custom indiana jones art.... I think it was LEGO themed... very well done.

Lol! You got a good point there, theres absolutely nothing stealthy about a pachinko machine!
Looks awesome! If my IJs side art wasn't nearly perfect I'd seriously consider doing this to my game.
