I think it's cool you offer a guarantee, but I don't have the time to mess with all that personally.
I imagine you're faster / better at repairing games than I am. If someone spends a couple thousand here on a game, I can spend an extra 2 hours fixing it for them if it breaks and they want to bring it by. That's my thinking anyway

I guess if they brought it by my shop, I'd fix it free .
I was thinking more of me having to make a house call 1-2 hours away.
