Most likely some kind of scam. A minute ago, I was able to find a ton of pinball parts and now I can hardly find any. Supposedly, they have a MB light tub I'm looking for, but I don't trust the site.

I wouldn't trust it. Too many red flags there.

It looks like it's a merchant site for books, where sellers can set up their own merchant accounts. However, setting up a merchant account for pinball parts on a book site is very odd.

Plus there is no information/photos about the products or any information about the seller.
