You will absolutely *NOT* be disappointed with MSA.
It doesn't get much better, IMHO.
I spent an entire day playing in a tournament there a few weeks ago, and I found the excellent variety of games to be clean, fully-functional and generously setup.
Additionally, the facility is fresh and clean and you're exactly right: There is a brewery a few stores down.
