I like the new models now with shocks and better performance but I think my interest has waned a bit since I don't have any riding buds.
Also, as far as "riding the beeps go" that's not for me, even though my XL will do over 30mph ( this doesn't seem fast to people who don't ride a EUC but when you have one wheel under you its crazy fast) I like to just cruise at a nice leisurely pace and take in the scenery and awe at the fact that I have one wheel under me taking me wherever I want to go. I don't think I ever heard my XL beep at me.. haha.
