    I know a lot of bands use storage facilities to practice and make noise. Not sure how much a month it is, but if you have a bunch of pins you're working on, play, or rebuild regularly as a business then I think 60/month or so would be worth it.

    I agree about the noise. I live in an apartment complex so I keep it against a wall where there is no neighbor...but I still have neighbors above me.

    Haven't heard any complaints yet though
