Quoted from PinDoctor82:I recently won some amazing things in the Profiles in History auction. The holy grail item in the auction was Bill Paxton's Private Hudson camo BDUs from Aliens. It is impossible to screen match them, as the camo is concealed by the marine armor, but after the movie, an entire collection of the wardrobe sold at auction in November 1996, including this specific set of camo. It's definitely legitimate given the costuming company that produced the unique camo patterned suits at the time, and also the accurate screen printed (not embroidered) arm patches. The name patch has unfortunately been removed, but you can see that "Hudson" is written underneath where that patch was previously overlaid.
I definitely got emotional opening the package up and admiring the set. R.I.P. Bill Paxton[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
Cool. I saw Bill Paxton a few times when I worked at a movie theater in college. Sold him his tickets once. Talked to him on the phone once. I never knew he was in so many movies until later.
