I found it at Heritage on 11th Ave. (www.heritagepostersandmusic.com). It was sitting behind the counter. I asked about it when I was paying for the others and the guy said it was sitting there because he didn't know what price he should throw on it. Just a lucky coincidence.

Found this at a local record store. Wasn't familiar with the artist (Kevin Devine) but I think it's my favorite album cover of all time. Album is Instigator.
