I love to play live albums in a Seeburg HSC3 unit. These units were very expensive in1967 $1295 you could buy a car for that. It plays both sides of 50 albums and is selected like a jukebox with a rotary dial like the old pay phones. It plays records vertical with a pickering cartridge. It has 10 inch woofer,6 inch mid ,3 inch tweeter. These units sound great in the 310lb cabinet.I restored this one 15 years ago and play it every week

Beautiful work on that Resto. There's a guy over in Bozeman who restores consoles. Never seen him do a changer, though.

Thanks it is very similar to a jukebox.Seeburg is big in the jukebox world and wanted to break into the home Audio world.Problem was the expense and they needed to be maintained just like a jukebox very complex mech and tormat unit.I have only seen a couple of working models .

Quoted from Chisox:

Me every time I play the Police: “Why the funk don’t I put the Police on more often?” They wrote amazing songs but Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland just made their songs so unique.[quoted image]

They have to be one of the best bands, evar. The B-Sides to their singles are definitely something to check for as well.

Wow that Seeburg is awesome looking. Have you thought of posting a video of it changing and playing? I could watch that all day...

Meant to snap a pic while it was still turning but it all happened so fast. How long has this paper been in my mouth?

What are they like? I like the description on the sticker and the cool cover.

Heavy psych space rock/doom... reminds me somewhat of Naxatras.

Radiohead makes me sleepy.

I'm spinning my Fugazi EPs tonight.

Haha I only made it through 4 songs and switched it up. Maybe later.

This is an all timer for me. Ween went on the road with a bunch of old Nashville studio hired guns following their 12 Country Greats album for a brief tour and the result was glorious.

That ween LP is great. Disappeared fast, too.

Live at Stubbs is also a killer set.
