Quoted from Rascal_H:Tonight’s listen.
I bought that album when it came out.
It has always been one of my "go to" albums.
A true classic!

The Fudge!
Found this digging crates today, never heard of them but I figured it was worth 5 bucks to hear what Gilby Clarke was doing before he joined GnR. Doing a little research I found out the bassist and drummer went on to be in Electric Angels another great 90's band. This will either be really good or complete shit, going to give it a spin now and see.

The hair is worth the 5 bucks. Gotta love it.

Not gonna lie the hair is what made me stop and look at the back cover. Anyway it wasn't too, bad a little too pop rock for me but a couple catchy tracks. Fair to say most everyone in the band went on to better things.
Danny Gatton was for a time, the greatest guitarist on the earth. Putting his contemporaries like Crapton to shame.
And unlike his contemporaries, he never recorded anything less than a perfect album.
He fully mastered the Blues, Jazz, Rockabilly, and even Western styles.
He could play crazy fast, but never played any slop.
He blew his head off in the garage alongside his beloved hotrods. No suicide note needed.

Was just looking for a used set.

Bastards and their stickers. Sometimes they come off, sometimes they tear the hell out of your cover.
Quoted from Jam_Burglar:Found this in my Soundtrack section. I forgot I had it. I don't think it's very good but I had to buy it for obvious reasons.
You like Brooke Shields?

Lol, I have a sealed copy (same obvious reason)...never opened it to see if it was any good as I was betting it was more fun looking at the sealed LP than playing it. Lol, could be wrong
This arrived today from Mondo, killer box set Totally forgot I preordered 6 months ago. Wish someone could get Tyler Stout into pinball artwork design!

Nice, especially the original Alien soundtrack which is fantastic.

Haha, I bought mine sealed too.
Those first 4 Bob James records are so damn good. I pretty much buy everything I see on CTI and I can't say I've ever gone wrong with that. The quality of the sounds on them are just magical. I also look for the first presses with the shiny covers. So nice.

Rock N Roll is the Devil's music.
Multiballmaniac1 not a nails fan lol. Or a music fan?!? What’s with all the down votes.

My new favourite part of this thread is discovering new music. Never caught Hubert Laws before. Very clear recording, and a departure from distortion for me. Thanks!

It is, there are two copies of the original 7" version (assuming that's the one desired due to the comment about Nazis) ranging between $3800-$5000. The 12" is far easier to locate and considerably less dear, not to mention all the dubious reprints over the years.
What's the best way to clean 45's?
New to collecting recommendations appreciated.
Kits available? What works?
Also looking at recommendations on places to purchase 45's
Cheers
