Yep... always play both sides.
Sometimes I start side two first to change it up.
I'm home from work at 1 in the afternoon and the wife isn't home until 6 or later, so I usually have records playing the whole time
Quoted from zombywoof:I just finished spinning my old well-worn copy. Did the album you snagged still have the posters?

I would be willing to bet that every single person in this thread has or does own dark side of the moon vinyl. I know I owned that one.
Quoted from gonzo73:Ok here's my process...
I've got alot of records here...so as of a year ago, once a week I go through them and put records back/ organize.... then I pull a stack of 20 or so records I want to listen to over the next few days.
Then take Pictures of all 20.. as I get around to listening to an album I will post the picture of the album.
At the end of the week I usually erase 12-13 pictures that I don't post, ... I listen to alot of stuff ive posted before.... so I don't bother.
You freaks don't need to see me post about Sammy Hagar Three Lock Box twice a month..
I post a picture for.... say...every 1 in 3 records I play.
That makes a bit of sense. I just see everyone though up a few albums every day or two and I admit - I'm jealous.
Having said that, I am more of a 45 guy - so go through those quite a bit a few nights a week. Not as much as I used to though....
Quoted from Jason43:Laugh all you want, this is an amazing film score.

I love soundtracks now.
Anything by John Barry or Ennio Morricone is a win/win.
One of Jerry Goldsmiths very Finest.
So good that the main theme was reused as the Next Generation theme.
Star Trek The Motion Picture is simply a big budget Twilight Zone episode.
It's a brilliant Mystery story.
Lots of people say they like Khan better, but it's an Action Movie.... not a grand Mystery.
Apples and Oranges.
I love em both.

ST:TMP is a slow, hard Sci-fi movie. Probably too slow and boring for most people, but I love it. It sums up everything I love about Star Trek. Probably why I can't stand the 'dangling a shiny object' style of modern Trek.
I am way behind on posting album pic's I have priority's to maintain , but I still listen to albums when i get home , and like to see what people are listing to

It was an opportunity wasted - mostly by Roddenberry. Should have been sooooo much better.
I was 10 when I saw it and I knew it was a dud way back then. Kinda of like Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.

After all this conversation, it’s time to watch one again for me.

What are you talking about, Temple of Doom was awesome!

Meh.....if you like it, that's cool.
Quoted from lasermel:A stack O' vinyl showed up today. Pretty wide range of genres, but they all have their time and place.

Lawrence! I wonder if he was playing some of his champagne music.
I saw White Zombie tour behind that record. I’ve had the CD for ages, but wouldn’t mind getting it on vinyl.
