Will one of the next pins be Barbie?

Pinball always hits on the popular themes in society. Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, Playboy, hot movies, etc.

While we still wish for Jaws,

" ‘Barbie’ is Warner Bros.’ highest-grossing global release ever "

" Summer smash “Barbie” is the highest-grossing global release in the studio’s 100-year history, beating out 2011’s “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.”

So, is the pinball crowd ready for a Barbie ? .

    Come on man.

Seems like that's more of a JJP theme.

Only if it is a non family friendly format with Barbie looking like one of the girls from the 70's era Ballys. I don't see the studio signing off on that one though so I guess my answer is, no.

The more pinball in the world the better. So why not

    No thanks

100% yes give me a Stern pro priced, basic fan layout with an easy to understand rule set( think STh or AFM) and ALOT of pink. Then just watch the location $ roll in.

That movie was really strange. It sorta had a message but at the same time was so goofy and outrageous, it was self-defeating.

A Barbie pinball would struggle to find a narrative that works well for the theme

Agreed, I tried, but truly did not care for it, my daughter turned to me halfway through the movie and whispered "dad, I hate this movie"
I found it quite depressing, wife loved it tho.

I'm not, but I've seen so many people asking for one, I'm almost ready to believe it could be somewhat successful

In the OG thread but now right here; Elwin & I'd probably be in earl;y. I'd have to wait on the other designers though. The big issue would it being to pink which i have never been a fan of; even with 50s memorability.

If I'm being objective it's literally on par with TMNT...Maybe a little below KISS

So, no one wants that "hot" 4 seat '57 Corvette gracing their back glass?
