Quoted from KnockerPTSD:Yeah, apparently 2k is lowballing lol
Lol.. he is selling other pins as well, how about what he's asking on the others, fair?

Quoted from KnockerPTSD:Yeah, apparently 2k is lowballing lol
Lol.. he is selling other pins as well, how about what he's asking on the others, fair?
Quoted from pkrobin:youve talked about this game for 6 months or more.
Lol, I've been doing the same thing about Tron, not the same beast however!
Quoted from dirkdiggler:To practice social distancing, tugs will be completed one of those grabber/tong sticks
I actually wish I could unread this, lol
Quoted from Hammerhead:In your profile settings it asks you to provide your high score initials and preferred games.
As for the hug 'n tug/reacharound discussion, at least in BC glory holes are being promoted by the health department. Nothing like anonymous STDs.
Oh man, don't put my quote next to glory holes, hug'n tug or STDs! Lol, thanks for instructions how to add those initials, I'll go update!
I really laughed out loud about that title, can't say I'm fully aware about the issue, but I'm now on the lookout for a blackout!
Centaur or Fathom.. If you can't find a blackout. The sounds on the Fathom are incredible!
.. however, doesn't beat a Blackout, imo! Don't I wish I could find one..
Other than Pin Rev and MAACA, any other pin forum on the US side, close to either Ottawa or Montreal?
Quoted from cait001:Google Burlington Vermont Pinball Co-op and sign up to their mailing list. They have weekly classified ads.
Would also recommend that for Ottawa and Montreal people, when borders open up again in the distant future.
The Burlington pinball co-op folks are lovely, it's an amazing city to visit, and a rather short (and BEAUTIFUL) drive. Good competition scene too!
Exactly the kind of info I needed, tks! And yeah, I bet it's a nice ride!
Quoted from Lymes:I’m still looking for a Whirlwind or Taxi. Also open to other good condition system 11 games. Please PM with what you have. Cheers.
Luch has a whirlwind, a nice one!!
Quoted from northerndude:There will be a nice Whirlwind coming up in the near/kind of near future.
I was really working hard on the restore, but I’ve been going harder on summer, crushing beer, crushing poon, crushing golf balls, hauling my kids around etc. Keep you eyes peeled
Lymes was looking for one
Quoted from cait001:talk to people that install pools, I think there's a huge rush for home amusements in general
No more pools, all sold out!! Online sales increased on home stuff as well, movie-at-home, Netflix, Crave.. and pins! It's the worst time ever to get into the hobby!
Quoted from aFineMoose:I'm getting my first pin in a week. I seriously doubt it would have happened if places were open and I could have gone on location to play. Instead I needed to become obsessed with something else after an obsession with Covid news. My brain decided it was pinball. I wonder if anyone's like me and just fell into an obsession out of left field.
Lol, it's absolutely my case. I had to find something and remembered how I liked arcades, but always found pinballs unapproachable when I was younger. Anyway, COVID hits, we're not doing anything anymore my girlfriend and I, and we've just come back from our trip to Disneyland in February. I got to realize at Disney how much my girlfriend loved arcades. I never really knew this, mostly how she recalled Pac-Man was her 'escapism' when she was younger. So I surprised her with an original Namco Pac-Man, a great survivor barely retouched.
Then a colleague introduced me to a bunch of sites for pinballs, that's in March when I got my first pinball, Hulk LE. Underrated game maybe, but we both love it. After that came a GOT premium then The Shadow. Just got another arcade. Actively searching for a Tron, for whatever it's worth, it's my Grail right now. Took 6 months, lol.
Quoted from Darscot:Welcome, its always nice to see more people in this neck of the woods. What is your first going to be? They breed like rabbits you'll blink and have a several.
So true, so true!!
Quoted from aFineMoose:darscot I’m picking up a Shadow. I easily have room (but not money) for more. Maybe in the future I’ll start routing machines so I can have a rotating lineup in my apartment. I think that, but then I’ll probably just be rotating broken ones and I won’t get to play...
saltimbanco how did you end up so all in so fast? You enjoying your Shadow? If I had an arcade machine I’d definitely go for Ms. Pac Man.
Yes, really enjoy Shadow.
Pac Man.
Yeah, Shadow is a sweet game, quite challenging. Very unique with the ramps and that battlefield. We love it! There's actually a club dedicated to it on Pinside
https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/the-shadow-club
Quoted from pinballjah:Not that hard to find, here you go.
http://www.pinballrevolution.com/threads/bally-shadow.10212/#post-67142
Yup, as I pointed out, that post is a pretty good deal, have you read how much stuff the seller is offering?
Quoted from pinballjah:Seems like a pretty good deal. Of all the games I have ever sold in the past, this game got the most action and interest. Not sure why this hasn't sold yet? I think I sold my last Shadow over $7k CDN a couple years back.
Yeah, I'm dumfounded why it's not gone yet. The seller is looking to sell a full package and parts, maybe it's too much stuff for a new buyer. Then I would PM seller and ask what's doable. There was also no interest in that great looking AC-DC Premium that was nicely priced (8k in CAD).. timing is everything when selling, buying!
Quoted from Darscot:I love a project pin but not one to pay restored price for one. The math may add up on paper for what he spent but it doesn’t in value. I know I would restore the cabinet, LEDs, ColorDMD. Your looking at $8000 for a Shadow that I’m going to not play for months. That Shadow is at least $2000 high for me. To be fair the pin doesn’t need a full restore but what else do you do with all the extra parts. If I could find a second one that was really beat you could probably sort out the value by restoring them both and selling one. I can’t find one, now I need two!?
8K I can have a Premium AC/DC ready to roll.
Without most of the parts, etc., he's doing $6200 according to the post..
Quoted from Darscot:It’s still way off on price. This one sat and he was at 5K before it went. I would have bought it if he would have shipped. http://www.pinballrevolution.com/threads/the-shadow.9952/
I've been looking for a Tron, I can attest to the fact the market frequently changes.. for that same reason, you won't find that many Shadow you can plug and play at those prices. As you said, at that price ($4200-5000), you'll get a project, albeit still quite playable..
Quoted from Darscot:Yeah I keep my eye out in the PNW thread and when the border opens I’ll grab something of the next container.
How does that work actually, that 'container' thing? I read it all the time, but have no idea other than it's obviously shipped..
Quoted from Darscot:It’s still way off on price. This one sat and he was at 5K before it went. I would have bought it if he would have shipped. http://www.pinballrevolution.com/threads/the-shadow.9952/
P.S. I’m not trying to price police the guy all the power to him. I only gave my opinion because it was brought up. I know guys hate carguments but if I’m buying a car and it’s on jack stands with lots of parts in boxes I’m going beat you up on the price. Just the way it goes.
Oh, I know you're not trying to price police anyone. We're just talking here! Plus, a guy offers a game, a buyer gets it. To me, it ends there and people can charge gold ingots if a buyer is willing to pay. The only thing I would say is that I find it odd sometimes to read people saying 'oh, saw this game a few months ago at x price, thus I won't pay more because that's the value', but I get what you're saying and that this is not what you're doing here.
But trying to get a Tron, I've been getting a earful of 'see how it sold, that's the price it goes at'..
Quoted from WizardsCastle:Enough of the rambling. Someone sell something!
PM me if you have:
Dialed In LE
Wonka LE
Hobbit LE
Deadpool (any model)
Sopranos
TNA
WOZ (2.0 boards)
Soprano is such a fun, easy access game!
Quoted from Darscot:I thought the one posted at $6800 on here was in CAD, I guess not. So he is firm at $9000 CAD?! I want to shake up my line up but when it’s so out of control like this I don’t want to buy or sell.
$8950..
Quoted from transprtr4u:If these sell , I will post mine!
Yeah, but what will you get in return? Crazy market goes both ways..
Quoted from dr_nybble:That Whitewater is sold...
http://pinballrevolution.com/threads/white-water-wh2o-original-topper-included.10261/
I bought mine a few years back for $4500 I think but repro topper.
Oh well... I'll give all of you my regards then, no way I would fork out that kind of money like this on such pins. The seller is certainly happy and maybe the buyer just found his Grail, but wow.. some games you expect this, like Tron for whatever reasons, but this.. wow!
Quoted from Indusguys:Could someone start a thread for Canadians bitching about Pinball prices already! I can’t believe you guys have that much time to bitch about how other people are spending their own money.
Agreed, can't say I didn't contribute to this. Blame it on boredom!
Quoted from pingod:Star Trek, Metallica LE, AC/DC Lucy, LOTR LE, and TFLE are SOLD.
Well that was fast! Didn't even see that LOTR go by..!
Quoted from pingod:It's in my house, thats why
One advantage when helping out other Pinsiders! Lol
Quoted from zpinman370:Anyone looking for the following - AC/DC Pro, Met Pro, MBLE, MMRE, Super Chexx - all games are mint HUO original owner - need to make some room as the other half wants a home theater so can't keep them all
That makes no sense!! Lol who needs a home theater when you have such nice titles?
Quoted from pipes:HUO Stern Star Trek Premium
$9400
Mint condition with complete stainless steel LE speaker panel and custom plaque along with a ton of other mods.
https://www.kijiji.ca/v-toys-games/oakville-halton-region/huo-stern-star-trek-premium-pinball-w-le-mods/1521488810?utm_campaign=socialbuttons&utm_content=app_ios&utm_medium=social&utm_source=ios_social
Sweet looking!!
Quoted from Rob_G:Sorry, not pinball related, but I can't even find these online, let alone locally in any store. I'm looking to find Bigs Simply Salted Pumpkin seeds. Anyone that can find and ship me some bags by expresspost, I'll gladly pay for them by paypal. No, I don't want spitz brand...
Rob
Seriously? I think they have them at Walmart, of all places...lol
Fantastic looking game from chaz009, if I ever find the time to do my Shadow, I'll improve things along that way! Beautiful job on those metal parts, wow! And it's a great, fun game!
Quoted from Rob_G:Not here and not online.
Rob
Then they are out of stock.. If I see some, I'll send you a bag gratis!
Quoted from cait001:Wait until you see my want list...
Keep it to games that actually exist! Lol
..and, you still have room?
Quoted from BMHouze:2021 Stern Price increase.
Buy now before even more pinflation.
Ontario, land of the inflated pin.
The insanity continues.
And a happy morning to you!
Quoted from wolffcub:Avengers Infinity Quest
Yeah, the acronym had not been coined yet, lol
Quoted from cait001:I swear, most of them are at least rumoured to exist!!
but my list is a bit more humble right now, though space is at a premium:
Freispiel Sieg Super-Match (1960s, NSM)
21 (1946 Daval)
Skill Horses / Skill Jump (1940, Groetchen)
The Hat Trick (1960s, Ruffler & Walker)
Log Cabin (1901, Caille)
Par Golf (G.M. Laboratories, 1935)
Bingo Continental (1972, Bally)
cait001 has got the most eclectic pinball collection of them all - well, that's what she calls it anyway, eclectic! Those are beautiful, working games with complex designs and mechanism. Museum pieces if you ask me. I hope you don't mind me sharing your link? Titles and pictures are there, thou I suspect it's just part of the collection.
Anyway, cait001 is looking for those games (see post, https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/anybody-in-canada-have-any-pins-they-want-to-sell/page/292#post-5843259), she clearly knows what to do with them and ensure they'll be kept up properly for people to enjoy in the future.
To cait001's collection page:

Quoted from sixtyfourbits:My 2 year old daughter informed me yesterday that we need a spiderman pinball machine, so if anyone has a spiderman vault edition that they would like to sell, please message me. I'm not sure how many are even in Canada, but that's the art package I really like, and I'm sure all my kids would enjoy having the game. Still interested in a gotg as well though.
That's cute! She'll be helping you fix your games in no time! You could have one of those 1up pins into her bedroom - not unlike riding her first bicycle, she can start with that!
Quoted from mac2444:Tz is sold.
First pin for a really nice guy, enjoy it!
Nice! A TZ for a first pin? Lol, there is a god!!!
What a good choice, really!! Your family will have a great time with this pin, looks fun!
Also, time for you to shop for your favorite hotwheels (read: fastests!) as well! There's still something to be said about real tracks, loops and a bunch of hotwheels to race!
Quoted from Meegis:So you're saying it's priced too low...
Gonna be a quick one
Sarcasm.. it's a lost art! That seller is also offering a Deadpool LE for $18,500, fyi
Quoted from cait001:for the record, that's approximately $12,250 CAD
so after expect anyone here with an AIQ LE to be in it for $13,842 CAD after taxes
So, $22,500 - $13,842 = $8,658 finders fee for the seller! Can I get two of those pins to go, please??
X 2
Quoted from guard:Just in case he/she hooks a sucker...….some folks don't care that they are assholes.
The seller is marketing this as the ULTIMATE COVID LOCKDOWN GAME ROOM.. all in caps.. playing on people's emotions, same as when sellers tried to pawn off small bottles of Purrell for $70 when stores ran out. Such a disgrace that was.
Let's get back to our world of pins people want to sell!!
Quoted from Paseb:Hey guys, looking to buy one of these pins
T2, white water, fun house, congo, soccer 94, no fear, road show, dracula.
Im in montreal, but can travel to Ontario no problem.
Thx
Pipes still has a BSD for sale, thou his ad on Pin Rev says it's sold.. buyer backed out due to transport issues. No issue whatsoever dealing with Pipes, 100% a great seller.. games in fantastic condition.
Quoted from WizardsCastle:Deadpool LE $12,500
These rarely ever go up for sale, especially one with low plays like this.
Good legit seller btw! He takes great care of his games!
Quoted from wcbrandes:I Believe unfortunately I am down to Two, as all the US distributors have "sold" more than their allotment and one has told me I may have to loose one however they were ordered at exact same time so not sure how one made it but the other may have to be forfeited. Keep in mind these were ordered pre release and the other one was post which is all good! The reason for 3 is possible into Hotel and Home and winter vacay home! Yes I love GnR since their inception. Hope lots more coming to Canada!
GnR - Winter Vacay Home Edition, lol, I love it!!
Quoted from pingod:Here is a link to the Elvis ad.
https://www.kijiji.ca/v-view-details.html?adId=1528317588&posted=true&adActivated=true
Bump, very good looking game!
Issue resolved then! Off topic, but we can all use a Secret Santa after this friggin' year!! Look it up, still time to participate:
https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/pinside-2020-secret-santa-program-sign-up-through-nov-14th
Quoted from dirkdiggler:I made a offer and never heard back. Guess it was too low! Lol
Branded as a 'lowballer' for life!! Lol
Quoted from pinballjah:Too late, already ordered. Seems to have good ratings and has a lot of the classic games I like from the 80s (centipede, asteroids, tron, missile command, etc).
You'll give us a full report?! Especially if it has Xevious (you had me at Centipede and Missile Command, already have a full size Tron!)
Quoted from Fytr:ALL of them? ...or just a couple?
I'd buy all of them if I could. Nice spread!
Quoted from shaub:Whoa whoa whoa, save some for the rest of us!
Yeah, but I like where he's heading! Can't go wrong with those titles!
Quoted from dirkdiggler:The jukebox glow is stained in my brain! Lol!
Well done sir...
I had to research this..yes indeed!
Quoted from Meegis:You guys are all too kind. I just like to help out where I can.
I've heard you also do the snip? I would stick to shipping! Lol
Quoted from luch:now where did that electrical tape go !
Luch, I got some tape, want me to send you pics of me playing??!!
Quoted from luch:https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/does-your-girl-play-too/page/11 post #505
strictly for research purposes only !
Yeah, but somebody messed up one of the pics with a fox emoji..!!
Quoted from rwmech5:Moved on from that, but am jonesing for a Stranger Things after the wife and I watched all the episodes in a week!
Yeah, few times we played it, was so fun! What does Stranger Things Premium goes for nowadays?
Quoted from Murphelman:I had a game shipped from the Stern factory to me for $408 USD
Well somebody will be playing SW in a short while..!
Quoted from Meegis:Listing says ottawa
Seller's address is OTT, however ad says the game is in MTL..
Quoted from Meegis:Ok, so I'm illiterate
Josh, we'll fix that one day when things go back to normal!
Quoted from AlexRogan84:Yea, that Ottawa/Montreal one looks nicer, but again hard to tell from just a few low resolution photos. And the distance makes it unlikely I'd go all that far just to look at it without already having made up my mind.
I can't tell from the pics, but the playfield doesn't seem like a Diamond Plate variety. Any idea if it is?
Is this the same seller that advertised a while back that he was only willing to accept trades? And didn't even list a for sale price?
You know, when you think of the things you would include yourself in a for sale ad (more detailed photos, under the hood, gameplay vid link, manuals or other documents or extra parts included), it blows my mind how frequently the ads we see are so terrible. Are people just lazy or just don't care enough to try?
You could usually have a known MAACA member to go look at it for you, but with the pandemic..still, you could ask around..
Quoted from pinballjah:Wanted: Metallica or WOZ
Available: DE GnR (colordmd, sideblades, powdercoated, loaded), Shadow (colordmd, mirrorblades, loaded), MB Remake Limited (under 200 plays)
PM me if any interest. Thanks.
Don't do it man, you'll have regrets for Shadow! Lol
Quoted from Dee-Bow:too much! don't see them for under $5k often.. closer to $5500 imo
Quoted from luch:Shadow out this way 7-8 k
That much Luch? I figured 6500 in top shape..
Quoted from Dee-Bow:are you calling us cheapskates?! although shipping is always an option. I agree prices can sure vary from coast to coast.
No, Luch is saying they're connoisseurs over in GTA, you peasant! cheapskates live in the Ottawa-Gatineau area!
Quoted from pingod:TRON, Baywatch, and Stargate are all sold.
A few leads on buying a Deadpool now.
Thanks guys
How Dan manages to move that many games, that fast, is one of life's mysteries! Lol
Congrats!
Quoted from BigfootisReal:Does anyone have a pin they are thinking of selling around the Calgary, Ab area?
You mean, Dan?
Quoted from luch:put your location in your avatar
Quoted from monkeybug:What is that in kilometers ?
I'm thinking someone is not from around here..
Quoted from pins4life33:Put it up for 10k someone in Eastern Canada is bound to buy it.
You meant to say Toronto..!
Quoted from pinballjah:This reminds me of the Shadow that sat forever and six months later everyone was looking for a Shadow. If no one buys it, I will give you $5k np. I don't mind owning 2 at that price.
You bet that Shadow was sitting there for a while, such a shame too, it was just a great looking game. I like that idea of getting two of the same, I wouldn't mind having another Tron next to the one I've got!
Quoted from MrMikeman:Got my first low ball this morning on the de-modded and back to stock DW. Told the guy at that price I'm taking out the new ramps and putting the old cracked and glued ones back in. lol.
5k is definitely the lowest I am going with this thing. I'm priced well under the other 2 local ones and they don't have the moving topper. While mine isn't CQ it certainly looks nicer than the other 2.
Just a great price Mike, looks really nice! Kijiji brings all sorts..
Quoted from Meegis:You know my price
I sure do..then, I hear you also want a lobster roll or something..lol
Quoted from aeonblack:Asking why Dan is selling a pin is like asking why there's always new strippers, it's like a revolving door! I wonder if we tracked Dan's sold pins if they too would make the western canadian circuit
I'm shocked that I'm actually pondering if Dan has sold his game yet, instead of thinking why there's always new strippers..!
Quoted from pingod:Fish Tales is SOLD, to a really nice Pinsider
I was wondering what was going on with that one. In "Pingod time", it took forever to sell, lol
Now, next step for you is to receive you GnR CE, beat it a few times, then sell it! Better start putting names on a list!
Quoted from pingod:Should get the G&R CE tomorrow
List is long already, not for sale anyway.
It’s going beside Pirates LE.
Congrats! Hope it's still exciting to get a NIB - something I'd like to experience one day!
Quoted from Darscot:It is tough when your new but the reality is no one in their right mind would ever ship anything pinball related without cash in hand. What I have always done is researched the person on here. You can tell pretty quick if they are legit. Then I transfer 100% of the funds then they ship. That is the expected norm.
This is the way..!
Quoted from JustAnotherYoyo:Ok, so you want our payment method disagreement to be made public;
1- you are already gouging community members with your price, which is a reflection of the type of person you are.
2- you want payment done in a method that offers ZERO protection to the buyer.
You are right, I AM a new guy. I don't know you, you don't know me, yet you think I should blindly trust you and send you $2K US and HOPE you send me the item, YET, you will not offer the same such trust to do the opposite. Nor will you do the transaction in a way that protects BOTH of us. I don't care if you have been on this site for 100 years and have 1000 people vouch for you, I would STILL have NO protection. Are those people that are vouching for you willing to pay me back if you steal my money?
I guess I would offer the same warning to other community members about you;
Take EXTREME caution from a seller that refuses to sell to you in a way that offers you, the buyer, ANY protection from being ripped off.
Quoted from Meegis:There are people here that can vouch for others. The problem is trust, and unfortunately it falls on the new user to be the questionable one.
It is not a reflection of you personally, but rather a reflection of having no backup to claim.
If you are willing to take the leap with someone in person local, you will have to take the faith of trusting other members on this site.
For example, you are about 40 mins away from me, I have (I believe) a fair reputation. If you research me, and trust me, I could offer an escrow type service. Though, Id still have to pay upfront before I would expect anyone to ship to me. It can be a real tough squeeze.
Pretty much anyone here would vouch for Meegis.. and that's how you build that trust factor, talking to people, asking questions. Checking for references and getting help when needed.
Quoted from JustAnotherYoyo:I own a retail store that has been in business for 13 years that is known nationwide.
I offered to have him ship there. He refused.
Anyway, as even you pointed out, PayPal has its flaws. The seller didn't want to go that route, pm the seller to find another option or simply walk away.
Quoted from JustAnotherYoyo:I would never even consider buying a used machine sight unseen, so I will be buying those local.
I didn't think buying a topper would be this dramatic.
I'm not upset, but honestly, making fun of a new member by posting videos attacking their integrity is a pretty pathetic way in welcoming new members...
(Maybe that is why this community is so TINY.)
Nobody was making fun of you or attacking you, but yeah, we can stop and have fun at the prospect of someone running some Nigerian scam, or something similar, true or not. And warn eachother at the same time.
Also, you'll need that tiny community when things go awry with your game, or when you will want to sell it. Or if you need any advice along the way. The hobby is alive and kicking because of that tiny community spread out all over the globe, mostly here in Pinside, Pinball Revolution and MAACA.
I'm only one year in, and I already know enough people across Canada or in the US, enough so that I have sent money all over, even to buy pinballs, and received everything I was supposed to.
You'll also probably want to play tournaments one day, or just meet over a beer with other pinball brothers and sisters. That's also something worth exploring. We're still trying to explain all this and to help out, btw..
Quoted from Fifty:Damn! I saw 75+ posts in a day and thought I had missed out on someone cleaning house of all their pins before the divorce lawyers swooped in.
Nope, some drama about buying via PayPal, then it became a bit blurry with cats..!
Back to normal with someone selling a Tron Pro, that shouldn't last long!
$43,000 for a Judge Dredd?!! Wowza, would include Stallone himself coming over to your house to do the callouts!
Quoted from transprtr4u:Anything better than the first attempt!
Congratulations on sale
Pretty sure it wasn't sold via PayCrap..!
Quoted from wtuttle:I would like to purchase a Game of Thrones. Not too fussed about model. Pro seems to have the best flow. Happy to buy a Premium or LE if that is what is on offer.
Hope you're all well. Miss you and can't wait until we're vaccinated amd playing on location together again. First, second and third beers are on me.
-Winston in Edmonton.
I would definitely go at least for the Premium, but as pinballjah indicated, there's an LE on Pin Rev, nicely priced, IMO. Dunno if seller is willing to ship..
Quoted from extraballingtmc:What’s the details on the fathom?
F14 and Fathom are very tempting..!
Quoted from WW2GURU:Without a Color DMD, LEDs and a 90% chance of a crispy GI section and who knows what for the cpu board battery area?
Plus there is zero info on cabinet and playfield condition, flippers rebuilt ever?. Being nearly 30 years I personally
don't have high hopes for it hitting 7500 IMO. Soooo many questions.
For reference, there's one on MAACA, seems in pretty good shape, color DMD, mods, $7200. Been there for a short while..
https://www.maaca.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=27040&p=229384&hilit=STTNG#p229384
Quoted from MrMikeman:I could be persuaded to hit the road for either of BM66, TSPP, and TWD.
But as been mentioned there is no border crossing and probably won’t reopen for some time still.
Mike, I would be interested if you have room for Stranger Things Prem..
Quoted from Zartan:I also paid $450 CAD tax to Jets for $2500.00USD Superman man machine.
Glad you went for that Superman 'Man' machine, the Superman 'Sissy' edition just won't cut it!
Quoted from Hammer3246:So it's looking like The Mandalorian, any chance of getting it?
Say what? The Mandalorian??
Quoted from Pinball-NJA:Anything in stock, you need to pay the price they paid. I think exchange rate then was either 1.35/1.40
Lol, all the risks the distros take buying games are passed on to their clients..
What weird joke is that?
https://www.kijiji.ca/v-old-video-games/calgary/rare-nasa-american-adventure-pinball/1568514773
Quoted from Meegis:It's rare.
There you go, that one is 350$, lol, you're welcome!
ebay.com link: itm
Quoted from Boat:Okay I’ll bite,
I have a Whitewater for sale for 9k. Can negotiate for color dmd it in as well
Also would consider putting up my cq lotr Le for trade, for similar condition games. Mainly looking for deadpool/aiq le/prem but maybe others
Serious inquiries only please pm for more info
I've never actually played Whitewater, seems like a fun game. Looking at some gameplay right now, that playfield is amazing!
Quoted from pinballjah:One of the reasons they are so hard to find and what keeps them going up in value. I know of a HUO (original owner) but he wants $50k.
It may well be worth $50k in about another 25 years or so, depending on its condition then!
Quoted from aeonblack:I'm sorry I don't have a link handy for the Canadian Taint Guzzlers Chat thread, I seem to have lost it.
I'm French, so actually had to look what 'taint guzzler' meant! Damn! Lol
Quoted from pingod:I just sold a nice Whitewater for under 7,000 recently. Just so you know they are out there still.
We all needed that post Dan!
Knowing that 'condition is king' (a pin in perfect shape should fetch a higher premium), it's great to see some prices that are still in my realm!
Quoted from Lymes:TMNT Pro for sale or trade. Original owner. Has side blades and shooter rod. Looking for newer pins but would consider nice condition DMD or System 11s. Cash price is $7500
Folks, that's a great deal, surprised it's still available (if it is!) GLWS!
Quoted from toasterman04:Well with the dollar a NIB Pro is $7800. So if local... yah good deal. But if it needs to be shipped... might as well just buy NIB
Factoring in taxes?
Quoted from Kare9:Imagine my surprise seeing 40 new posts in the Canadian pinballs for sale thread!!
Only to see it’s largely a bunch bitching. Figured I’d tag along.
Could have been someone cashing in his collection! yeah, dissapointing! Lol
Quoted from Pin_Fandango:IJ is inbound. Not looking for one anymore.
Just noticed as well, congrats! Wish you'd do the wooden sides like the one at Disney!
Quoted from Soulstoner:Initially offered TMNT Pro as a trade for IMDN Pro/Pre, but I'm now also listing for sale as it seems nobody wants to part with their Maidens!
$7800 without PinStadium Neo's, or $8300 with them included. Official Stern art blades installed.

There's a IMDN Pro on pin Rev..
Quoted from Saltimbanco:There's a IMDN Pro on pin Rev..
Sorry, it just sold a moment ago!
Quoted from cait001:I'm not sure we're desperate enough to ship yet. Fingers crossed something will turn up in the Ottawa + Montreal area. But thank you
Shipping is, what, about 200-300 site to site?
Quoted from cait001:too risky to get a 1st-time buyer to ship something. They'll want to see what they're buying in advance.
YMMV
I bought 2 games sight unseen from Calgary actually, they were packaged perfectly and shipped without any issue. Trust and great references can go a long way! Just saying...
Quoted from TwilightZone:And I've seen several games damaged in shipping. For some people shipping is not worth the risk. Just saying.....
Shit happens and that's why we have insurance! But sometimes you just can't stay local with games you've been looking for. Then, every game gets to be shipped at least once in it's lifetime, right?
Still, it would make me real sad to see a good game get damaged. We get attached to those oversized toys, don't we?!!
Quoted from dr_nybble:Insurance seems like a nightmare and they want to pay by the pound. Guess you can get better insurance "on the side"?
Once I had to replace the brand new water heater on the pool after a damn cold winter - all the coil had busted. Took insurance for that sort of stuff, a few bucks per year does it. I even have coverage, up to a specific amount, for legal advice! So, yeah, not on the side, just ask your insurer!
Btw, good advice to take detailed pics and serial numbers of all your pins and arcade that show condition of your games. You'd be surprised how low the insurance company will value your games if they get damaged or stolen.
Edited: sorry folks for the interruption, go back to selling games!
Quoted from dr_nybble:It's got the original sound effects!
Also, it's from 'la maison Bally' wich sounds more luxurious, then misspelled 'boulle', probably because he figured it's got more than one ball? (It's boules in French)
Quoted from pins4life33:Thanks Tom, we will get it brutalized for competition play for all to enjoy or curse over.
This is great! A nicely priced game that will be enjoyed by a bunch of pinheads, congrats to both of you!
Tron is a fun, fun game, pretty sure you'll do more enjoying than cursing!
Quoted from pinballjah:Glad you sold the WOZ, saved me some money
I honestly thought about the same thing as I kept checking if it was sold or not!
But, it's Dan, so, by the time I got a sip of coffee, the two games were gone!!
Quoted from faceforward_007:WTB: Ghostbusters Premium, have the Pro but want to change it up.
Also, curious if anyone has bought from Rec Room Amusements in Ontario? Website looks straight outta 1998, and I can't find any reviews about them online.
Thanks
I believe KelleyG on pinrev just got a game from them, would contact him
https://www.pinballrevolution.com/members/kelleyg.1215/
Quoted from Hammer3246:Just curious, anyone selling pinball machines in this thread?
I saw 27 posts, I figured I had missed on someone selling off a collection or something..lol
Quoted from extraballingtmc:I suck at edits
So, how can we tell if you didn't mean to write "I suck at pinball" and "I love edits"
Quoted from pins4life33:Or you can just let Pingod sell your machines he seems to get top dollar every time and has an endless supply of buyers lined up.
Well, 1) he's no drama queen and doesn't put in a bunch of reasons for selling a game other than needing room or changing things up 2) typically fair market price but opened to offers 3) not squeamish about shipping and won't gouge you with added costs like boxing up a game.
Quoted from pins4life33:@Pingod..has an endless supply of buyers lined up.
You bet, I expect Halloween CE, Cactus Canyon LE, and Godzilla LE showing up one day on his selling block, so that he can make some room for upcoming games
Quoted from dirkdiggler:pingod. Don't you have anywhere else in your house for games besides the dining room? Thus not having to always have a game on rotation?
Dining room and table are highly overrated if you ask me!
Quoted from pingod:JJP pirates of the Caribbean LE for sale or trade.
Our favourite game, only selling because I bought the CE model.

90's Bally/Williams
CGC all LE's and MMR Royal
Let me know what you have.
Open to other games.
Shipping at buyers expense, do it all the time.
Local delivery and set up for a fee.
Why would people do any bashing on this? Looks great (actually looks spectacular), has got tons of mods and extras plus a replacement playfield, bonus!! I just wish folks would just move on if they're not considering buying. GLWS Dan!
Quoted from ImNotNorm:I floated the idea to my wife about selling our OG AFM due to this frenzied market. She said she'd cut off my hands if I sold it....regardless of the profit margin.
Still looking for a Big Indian.
At least she wouldn't cut off the most useful parts, real thoughtful of her!
Quoted from Canuck_pinhead:I was inquiring the other day... said they have Stranger things coming in soon.
Getting on the phone with our distro first thing in the morning! And, yeah, my name has been on his list for a while now..!
Quoted from toasterman04:Ohhh sounds like things are heating up!!
Nahh, just a friendly reminder on my part!
Quoted from JustAnotherYoyo:If you are importing commercially (in order to only pay GST), you must be a registered importer. This registration number would be your business number (and same number as your HST #) but instead of the last digits including RT XXXX, they would be RM XXXX. (You can be a sole proprietor or corporation.) You can't just change the letters when you cross. You have to be registered to import. When you arrive at the border, you would cross through the commercial (trucking) lanes, you will need to have a receipt in hand and tell them you are going to do the B3 inside. The border guard will be able to direct you to where the computer terminal to do this is and you can fill out the B3 form. It's easy for a pinball machine and they have instructions on how to do it at the computer. Just make sure you have the sellers full name, state and zip code. You can then write off the GST as an input tax credit against HST that you have collected when you do your HST filing.
If you are not importing as a business, then you have to pay HST if you reside in Ontario (as you are considered the end user/ consumer.)
There are no duties on pinball machines.
Pinball Machine Tarriff code: 9504.30.00.19
Pinball Machine Parts/ mods code: 9504.30.00.90
Keep in mind that if you imported it commercially, when you sell the machine down the road you will have to charge HST or GST depending upon which province you are selling it "into".
Hope that helps!
I applaud anyone that knows 10-digits import codes from the harmonized system
Quoted from northerndude:Any pins for sale?
Lol, where's that other thread we have for us Canucks? That would be the perfect spot to discuss those various topics..
I actually come here to see what games pingod is selling!!
Quoted from pingod:I don’t need to even put them up here these days.
Nice Fish Tales or AIQ pro, but a list of buyers for both.
#DanTakingTheFunOutOfThis
Quoted from luch:and the rubber glove test !
Can't say 'nice' to that one, Mike! Lol
Just wanted to say Merry Christmas, you peasants!
Stay safe, and do come back to sell those great games!
Quoted from Meegis:I'll throw a hat into the ring
Very modified Tron pro, NOT AN LE
asking $25000 cad
Will ship
Paging Saltimbanco
Don't lowball me.... I know what I have.
Someone paged me? Lol I'm glad I'm finally getting a friendly rebate here..! Though, I hope it doesn't have any of that invisible wear..!
Quoted from Meegis:See post # 18590
Yeah, but you won't even cross the QC border! It's kind of required at that price with full delivery and installation! Lol
Quoted from Pauz21:If he’s selling his Rockola World Series for $20. I’m down. That game is cool.
If she's selling..
Quoted from Anony:I get the impression there are people who buy almost every new pin with the intent to sell it after trying it for a few weeks.
Welcome to the sad reality of what the hobby has become.
Quoted from Anony:And for the record not all of us newbies are bringing the hobby down! I bought my IMDN second hand, paid the asking price and have put over 2000 games on it already. (more than both previous owners combined in 3 years lol...) Some of us just want to play, not flip or make money!
Welcome to my camp! I would play and deal with you anytime!
Quoted from northerndude:I don't believe it has become that....it's always been like that. People always want the new shiny thing.
It just doesn't always work out.
I bought Turtles nib. It just wasn't a keeper for me, I has ZERO intentions of that happening (selling it) . I moved it on.
Of course, I was merely speaking of the seasoned flippers out there, or of people that are only in it for the money. I have nothing against selling as per fair market prices, but in some cases feels like pinball is just this volatile commodity..
Quoted from paul_8788:the Canadian Pinhead thread
Darn, been looking for it, can someone share the link?
Quoted from Tranquilize:I'm likely going to be doing a massive selloff in the next few months - have to pay for our new kitchen. I'm almost scared to because I obviously want to get a good price. If I ask 15k for my tz and 15k for my TOTAN, you guys might shank me while I'm playing Future Spa at Yegpin lol.
The real question should be: do I really need that kitchen?
Quoted from luch:stay away nothing to see here !
I heard your call luch, and I came here asap!!! Lol
Quoted from pinballjah:That was quick! Here come the price police.....

A sign that Spring is coming, Dan selling games again!
Quoted from pingod:It was, and sold now too.
Post, sell, pack, ship, repeat. No muss, no fuss!
Well, we've seen a bunch of estimates on Shadow for sure! Based on what was said here (all in cad)
4.2-5k a couple of years ago
Currently at:
5.5k player condition
5.8k average condition
6-6.5k gorgeous
6.5k really nice one
Shadow recently sold for 7k (unknown condition)
8-10k for a pinballjah-flated (no need to downvote man, just a joke!)
Quoted from extraballingtmc:The shadow pinball doesn’t warrant this much discussion lol. It’s good but…
The Shadow Knows..!
And I think we just used it as a case study, lol.
Quoted from Pin_Fandango:I might be looking at adding either, but have not played the game enough to really know if it is worth the PREM upgrade.
Quoted from toasterman04:Poor poor TMNT... sure seems like just no love for it
Well, we played TMNT and really enjoyed the gameplay. Not my preferred theme, but gf really liked it at the time!
Quoted from RJW:I guess for $7000 it's too much to expect new flipper rubbers on a 'recently cleaned" game.
Took the time to take off the flipper rubbers and rotate them so the dirt and wear is on the back of the flipper, front and center in the one picture.
Damm, at least give them a wipe and turn them inside out.
Would ask 8k for it then..!
Quoted from smokedog:Hi all.
Cash in hand, looking for any of the following reasonably priced games:
MMr Standard, IJ 93', Stern Spiderman (any version except home), Iron Man Vault, GoT Pro, LotR, Stranger Things Pro, Star Trek Pro, GotG Pro.
I don't mind arranging shipping.
Thanks!

Quoted from transprtr4u:Anybody have any pins for sale ?
Maybe Mr_Tantrum can offer his JP?
Quoted from Rob_G:TMNT LE now $13800. For free I will throw in a half eaten piece of pizza from Dwight Sullivan.
Rob
That pizza is very tempting right now..!
Quoted from Pin_Fandango:To soon to bump?
Never too soon to bump! Lol
Actually, I believe Meegis may be ready to move his Tron Pro. Wouldn't hurt to ask!
Quoted from Kroshon:Looking for a Stangerthings pro. If anybody wants to sell or no of one. Thanks
There's one in Ottawa, with UV kit. Check PinRev..
Quoted from pingod:LOL, I wish.
I would quit my day job in a heartbeat.
Just think of all the parts and mods I could write off.
And the loses on sales as well.
Most of the games I get go for what I pay, or a bit above.
I do mod a lot of games though.
STLE just sold for what I had into it.
Played it for a bit and moved it on.
NIB games sell for what I pay.
I help out with that when I can.
TBatti what you think, should I set up a business so I can write off my loses, and costs
This sold already? Lol, didn't even have time to read the whole post!
Quoted from northerndude:Is that a pro for 13.5 K??! LOL, PC'd and a shitload of led's
It's a premium..
Quoted from Tuxedomask23:Looks like a pro… I don’t see any groot hands?
I thought you guys were talking about that DP premium on Pin Rev, same asking price.. my bad!
Quoted from Adib:Looking for any of the following machines
Avengers aiq
Thanks.. happy flippin
Thread 'Avengers AIQ premium $12,500' https://www.pinballrevolution.com/threads/avengers-aiq-premium-12-500.12094/
Great seller, dunno if willing to ship..
Quoted from Zartan:Some buy just to turn them on and look at them like a piece of art.
Well, they are pieces of art, imho, but I do play them as well!
Quoted from Pin_Fandango:Mike just drop them off at my place, they will get serviced for free, stored for free, never have to get rid of another game ever again.
I live closer to him..
Quoted from Murphelman:Would you donate a $15k game to a show or tournament for people to play the crap out of for 4 days?
Not trolling, but I did! And people over at the tournament took great care of all the games. I really enjoyed seeing both noobs and pinheads alike having fun with mine, truly! And some took the scores to a high place I didn't even know was possible, lol.
Shit happens, I realize a game can get somewhat damaged or banged up, but those games are built for this, right? Everything can be fixed. And I absolutely liked being told my game played flawlessly and people got a kick out of it.
Anyway, some may not share my enthusiasm to 'share' in this instance, lol, but that's how I feel about it!
Carry on folks!
Quoted from Murphelman:I know you did and that GOT did play great. I ran that tournament and appreciate all the games donated. Without it these shows don't happen.
This was great fun! Meeting other pinheads was the main reason to go. That, and playing other games. You ran an excellent event! And whoever brought WCS got my stepbro infected, so much so he got a WCS right after (his first pin)!
I actually wanted to bring Mando Prem and Spider-Man, but ran out of time to organize transport. But I was glad to see Mike's Star Wars Prem. I since got one because of that (without the cool R2 $$$ topper he has, I had to draw the line! Lol)
Anyhoo, folks, it's not that big of a deal to bring games in. I plan to do the same in the future.
Sorry for contributing to the thread derail. Let's get back to selling those dream pins!
Quoted from paul_8788:If it shows up on location I am going to carve my initials into the side of it.
Paul Dan
Quoted from pins4life33:We have so many pins in storage and starting to run out of room... We like to horde these for YEGPIN but unless we get a bigger facility we have to start selling a few to community. Most of these games are great for the home environment but not necessarily great competition games so we would be willing to let them go...
WWE / WWFRR - 11K (Sold as a pair to a wrestling enthusiast)
TMNT / AIQ - Trade +/- for Deadpool, Metallica, Jurassic Park, EHOH, Spiderman (Black)
South Park - Trade for Family Guy
Cosmic Gunfight - Trade +/- for Warlock, Cyclopes, Cheetah, Star Light, Radical, Hoops, Indy 500, Stargazer, Quicksilver, TX-Sector, Robo-War, Fathom
Faces - $1500
Buccaneer - $1500
Silverball Mania - $2500
Centigrade 37 - $2000
Star Trek (Bally) - $3000
We will accept any trades for anything on my wishlist, in fact if anyone has any machine on our wishlist they are looking to get rid of PM me!!!
Quoted from Zartan:You are going to start seeing quite a lot of machines that are priced out of most peoples pockets. Too many people like me joined the ownership club during COVID we way over paid and most will fall out of the hobby.
Quoted from Pin_Fandango:There is still room for more, which is why Stern is giving it one more kick at can before the party is over.
But the only way now is down before it goes up.
JJp greed didnt work out for the flippers and I think Stern is next. The value is just not there.
Prices are in most cases $2k over where they should, easy, that is my opinion of course. The last price increase in 100% unwarranted in a world where most chain supply issues have been resolved and they are just being used to continue gauging the market.
Companies reporting record profits rings a bell.
I think that as soon this changes south of the border, we will see a quick reaction on our side and prices will come down.
Stern will continue to make their cut as distros complete their mandatory allotment to maintain accounts.
If things dont move distros wont buy.
Stranger Things rebate was not too long ago. Machines sold NIB under msrp because nobody wanted it.
I agree with what Zartan said, some will be storing these machines and agree with Kool1 some will sell at actual market price to be moved.
Next year is where we are going to truly see the final market conditions. Lending is about to see more interest rates changes before end of year…
If you thought things were bad, fasten your seatbelts this has not even started yet.
Lots of deals to be had if you are patient, lot of people got in debt to buy these machines and will get out of debt by selling them.
Only those really committed to the hobby and wealthy enough to justify it will remain but not everybody in this hobby can justify a $10k investment in storage.
Long term ownership might see a gain just due to natural inflation, but I believe gauging a nib and speculation in the short term is done or at least it seems to be, which is great news and a lot of Huo machines will be for sale soon I think.
Getting a deal and selling at market is still flipping like flipping a house, but that is economics and how the world runs which in my book is fair game.
Scalping on nib is bs and I do not support it, a nib should be available for those wanting it and not to be scalped. I purchased my last HUO $200 over msrp and I was not happy, but well. I did that. Not doing it again.
You are overpaying for the pin when you are getting it from your distro, over paying the first owner is like having 2 middle men. This craziness had to stop.
Quoted from flashinstinct:He won’t like the price I would give him. I really wanted that $5500 shadow.
You can always try! Game looks great (better than mine actually, but I'm about to start on it), I can't see clearly but not much sanctum wear. Shadow is a real fun shooter!
Quoted from Pin_Fandango:The price is right is on tonight.
— makes popcorn —-
My bid is 1$, Bob!
Quoted from Hammerhead:I can't afford any more "new" pinball. I can barely afford a used pinball these days
Quoted from aeonblack:But also, I have other hobbies. *shrug*.
Can't say I understand the comment?
Edited: probably because it's for trade only, this being a FS thread..
Quoted from luch:Stern NBA $8500 CAN , will pallet and pack no charge , buyer to arrange shipping , interesting story behind this game , 2009 Canadian Pinball Championship winners prize awarded by Gary Stern himself https://www.pinballrevolution.com/threads/stern-nba.12733/
Quoted from Tuxedomask23:I second that! I myself have dealt with the great Meegis
You guys make him sound like Oz the Great and Powerful!
Quoted from Indusguys:Nothing in pinball takes 30-60 seconds
Quoted from transprtr4u:Update
Stranger Things just shot up in value!
Quoted from LastCall420:All I seen was John Wick and was like yes, John Wick pinball machine coming out lol
Quoted from toasterman04:Go deep in your phones and contact those people you like the least, and tell them to bid on that goldeneye as it is a steal if a deal, and get me outta my mess i created for myself!!
Plus fee and charges. And where other major, reputable, online auction firms seem to have a 'retract bid' option, they don't. Read their section about defaulting on payment if they have one, you could be better off. Also, asking people to massively bid on this may not be your best move, since it will require people to outbid you. No way it will make it that high, but you could end up with a 15k+ routed Goldeneye.
Quoted from WizardsCastle:You can pretend you're buying it from Dan if that makes it more appealing. I'll even role play if that's your thing!
The price of 17k only applies when the item is sold to a specific buyer at that particular moment. It does not guarantee that any future Stranger Things Premium on the market will fetch the same price.
Furthermore, sellers should not expect to recoup the entire amount they invested in acquiring numerous toys for their game. While some modifications are considered essential, others may hold lesser importance to individual buyers. Personally, I don't place much value on toppers, so I wouldn't be willing to pay an extra thousand dollars just because a Godzilla pinball comes with the Stern topper.
And judging from the comments on the threads, it seems that not many others would be willing to pay that much for that specific topper either.
Quoted from pins4life33:Whether people actually sell them or not who knows but if you don't just give it to Dan he could probably get 20k for it. .
Lol, but hey, I want to share a couple of things about my experience with Dan. Firstly, let me emphasize the importance of condition when making a purchase. It truly is king. Secondly, trusting the seller becomes crucial, especially when buying something sight unseen. In my case, Dan sold me two games that were shipped flawlessly all the way from Calgary. The games matched their advertised description perfectly, and I had no trouble playing them right out of the box. Dan was diligent in declaring any minor dings, ensuring transparency in the transaction.
Furthermore, he even assisted me in brokering the purchase of another game, which was also shipped from the West. Dan's ability to sell practically anything is impressive, but what's more, his prices are fair. All in all, these were exceptional transactions, and I highly recommend Dan as a trustworthy seller.
But can he sell ice cream to the proverbial Eskimo?
He sure can!! That, and probably a fridge, too!!
Quoted from Pin_Fandango:and wait....
THERE IS MORE.
Call now 0800-DAN
Yeah, yeah, you too can bulletproof a game and you're always transparent in any dealings!!
Btw, that Tron LE Pin_Fandango is looking to trade for Stranger Things LE is flawless. Just saying.
Just chillin' and waiting for northerndude to drop a game for sale. Once that happens, I'll be ready to jump in and be his huckleberry!
Quoted from Tranquilize:Funny that everyone wants stranger things now. I guess pinball never changes.
Quoted from Aquapin:AiQ sold and is heading far East
Quoted from Pin_Fandango:Time to start house hunting out West.
Quoted from libtech:TNA is pending, thank you Kevin anyone have a GZ for sale?
https://www.pinballrevolution.com/threads/godzilla-premium.13210/
Quoted from Meegis:With every passing year your testicles get closer to the floor.
Roosters have testes? Ahhh the things we learn on Pinside!
Quoted from Meegis:I prefer the term cock.
Or perhaps 'male red jungle fowl'
Sorry for the slight derail, let's get back to selling pinball - or, as I call it, what's Dan selling today?
Quoted from Williampinball:Not a EM guy ether but anyone that is would go nuts on this list of games for sale good prices too good luck on the sale
Same! However, Bally Gator (or Alligator, the German version) is fun as hell if you ever see one. For a 1969 game, it has a very modern take with that hook that catches the ball..
Quoted from wtuttle:This is exciting. That said, I will be holding out for the "5th anniversary LE", surely to follow in short order!!!
I am not waiting! Stranger Things was on my short list!! Really looking for this, bring it on Stern!
Quoted from Pugster:Ahahahha. I actually feel sorry for the guy, I haven’t seen a pile on like that since I learned I had to get Lumalegz. On that note, if that guy wants to go down like a goddamn pinside legend he needs to post a pic of his STh with a set of Lumalegz! Mic drop heard around the world
He'll need to spell it Stranger Thingz to keep with the Lumalegz concept!
Quoted from RandomTask:Westerners... always trying to stick it to the "man" using back channels and under the table dealings!
Quoted from pingod:Deleted post
I had read real fast that you had just put up the wife for sale..
Quoted from pingod:Deleted post
I won't show Labyrinth to my girlfriend, lol, or else I'll need to make some room. I wouldn't get away with this if they ever make Goonies!
Quoted from Pin_Fandango:So nobody is selling a HOOPS?
Quoted from roar:I'd say there is someone (or someones) running around with an axe to grind because they got moderated and is reporting everything in sight...
Bingo! That's what I think as well, mods probably have better things to do.
Quoted from luch:does Pinside post a financial statement to show where all these fee's and donations go ?
So what's the Pinside fee anyway when selling? I wonder how much it brings in for Pinside.
And what's preventing folks of pulling legit Pinside ads by saying 'Sold outside' or 'Not sold: Decided to keep game' once a perspective buyer has privately messaged a seller? Seems like some iffy, easily circumvented process.
Am I in trouble for asking those questions? Lol
Just asking for some friends, me I like censorship, paying taxes, late dues, selling fees, banking fees, etc., etc., etc.
We can trade games for virtual hugs. X amount of hugs for a WoZ, and so on.
Or pokes. I remember reading Meegis wanted to poke people (I dunno with what, but you get the idea )
We could do Pogs? I bet I still have some..
Other than that, this thread will only serve to advertise to Canucks that a game is on sale on Pinside, to trade games or sell anything less than $3000 (not many of those anymore)
Quoted from KnockerPTSD:Our markets and dollar are completely different and I dont want notifications everytime someone in the States posts a game im after in Canada.
Pinside being located in the Netherlands, one of those tax haven countries, prices could have been in their national currency anyway..!
