Anybody have The Shadow floating around? I’m not looking too seriously at the moment. Just curious what’s out there. I’m near Vancouver.

Obviously what you guys were just talking about requires a lot of trust (sending an e-transfer to a person you don't know.

What are opinions on paying through a pinball repair place and having them take care of shipping? Would it be tough finding the right place to do that (assuming a busy enough area that even has a repair place around)? Obviously cost would be more, but the fear of being ripped off would drop significantly.

Quoted from Darscot:

No idea if pins are moving at these prices but a sellers market for sure. I thought we might see a bit of a dip with Covid but seems to have gone the other way.

I'm getting my first pin in a week. I seriously doubt it would have happened if places were open and I could have gone on location to play. Instead I needed to become obsessed with something else after an obsession with Covid news. My brain decided it was pinball. I wonder if anyone's like me and just fell into an obsession out of left field.

Darscot I’m picking up a Shadow. I easily have room (but not money) for more. Maybe in the future I’ll start routing machines so I can have a rotating lineup in my apartment. I think that, but then I’ll probably just be rotating broken ones and I won’t get to play...

Saltimbanco how did you end up so all in so fast? You enjoying your Shadow? If I had an arcade machine I’d definitely go for Ms. Pac Man.

Saltimbanco I just recognized you. Was that The Shadow pin you were showing me?

Darscot I’ll give more info when the deal is 100% done, but long story short somebody in Seattle responded to my wanted ad. After a month I had no hits for anything in BC or Alberta, so I reconnected with him. It’s a real pain with the shut border, but I got a ton of pics and it’s a reputable guy.

Anyone selling an Iron Maiden or Aerosmith?

There’s an Aerosmith in Vancouver. Look on Craigslist to see the ad.

Anything floating around Vancouver these days?

I’d love a Simpsons Party or Ripley’s. Open to older stuff too...

Anyone have a SW pin2000 for $3000 or so Canadian? Or a RFM for more?
I’m in New Brunswick
Thanks!

No idea who the person is, but this ad has been floating around for a long time.

Quoted from kyriel:

What's best guess on what an AIQ topper is worth? I'm not sure where to track sales. Even though it 'adds a mode', I'm not sure I'm a topper guy.

Saw this one from Seattle. $650 USD.

Summer of 2020 I got a player’s condition Shadow for $3350 USD, which I felt was a screaming deal at the time.

Might be selling Ripley’s to fund another machine in the coming days. Good shape. $5500. Will take photos and post on FB/Craigslist if so.

Quoted from Richard-NBA-SF2:

I’m looking for a Revenge From Mars (or maybe a SWE1) in Canada, ideally the east coast.
Ideally HUO.

I don’t know if it’s still around, but Flip N Out (not Canada, but I imagine shipping works on a used game) had a Revenge from Mars game/cab and a Star Wars playfield a week ago. If I remember correctly it was $5000USD.
