Quoted from Pauz21:

Who care? Jesus. If it's nice and you're happy with the condition buy it. If you're not... don't. Christ, the next thing you know we'll be documenting the number of turns people do on their leg bolts.

17.3 each.

No more, no less.

Using this analogy..no Stern would be 'New'. Stern test plays every machine...out of the box

Quoted from HoneyBadger:

No I can't move on, if it was out of the box and played then it wasn't new.

#4603 7 years ago

Wow, this thread goes off the rails almost as much as the Alien thread haha.

Then try to buy a "new" car.

How are you gonna do that? You sold him that lemon and left to Thailand - you can't fool anyone Al.... Grande

#4625 7 years ago

Anyone tried titan's competitions rubbers? They're bouncy but have crazy colors available. I like pinball lifes too. My last teardown had superbands on the flippers and were so tight I had to cut them off.

#4626 7 years ago

Clearing some space, raising some cash... I'd like to sell these as a pair and am not looking for trades. IMVE and ST Pro. $11800.
Both games are clean of course, well taken care of. I'm the second owner of the IMVE, first owner of the ST Pro. Both have shakers. ST Pro has lollipop rails, playfield support rails and Aurich's alternate translite and graphics package.

Pickup in Regina.

I have titan comps on my Tron and they play great IMO. Nice bounce off the flippers, unlike superbands which I had before and they were dead and stiff.

#4628 7 years ago

I haven't tried the Titans, but between the pinball life "perfect play" and superbands, I like the perfect play ones more. I've got a mix between the two on my machines right now, planning on buying more of the perfect play.

#4629 7 years ago

Looking for a HUO ST Pro or LOTR in the Calgary area.

#4630 7 years ago

Titan bands are awesome, they look like superbands and feel like normal rubbers.

Have you done all your machines in them? I just helped shop a friend's wof with them and they look awesome! I'm waiting on my order for ngg.

Anyone selling something in the $2000 range in the Calgary area? Kijiji seems pretty sparse these days.

No, but really that's only out of laziness. I have them on my tron (and actually have a complete set of them in clears that I'm going to put on something, possibly tron).

What are you looking for? EM/SS/DMD?

#4635 7 years ago

I've done several of mine in Titans, amazing look and color coordination. They have good play and easy to clean too.

#4636 7 years ago

I'm selling my Flight 2000. I have far more into it than my asking price of $3400
Rebuilt in 2014 by John's Juke's in Vancouver. Has new cpr playfield, plastics and backglass
New alltek mpu and solenoid driver board.

Quoted from Fytr:I'm thinking of trading/selling my Addam's Family for a Metallica Pro.
My TAF is a good condition players machine, I got it off a route about 15 years ago and it's been in my collection ever since. Some typical mansion and chair scoop hole wear (has a cliffy), no magnet burn, decals on the bookcase and thing box, + a few mods. Cabinet is pretty good with some wear around the flipper buttons, the head has a few scratches in the wood and a chip on the left side. I recently redid the flippers and it plays great! 100% working, no bulbs out, self test is 100%, etc.
If anyone is interested in either a trade for a Metallica Pro or to just buy my TAF outright let me know.
I'll be grabbing some pictures soon and will post them when I get them.

Okay, got some pics!
Still interested in a trade for Metallica Pro, or a straight sale.
PM me if interested.
If I still have it then it'll hit Kijiji after the long weekend.

Here are some pictures of ST and IMVE. This is the best I can do right now since I don't have steady hands and the majority of my pictures turn out too blurry. Anyhow, there' no wear on either playfield, the games are clean.

IMVE was in my friends brew pub for about 1000 games before I bought it. ST I bought NIB.

Neither game have seen a heavy amount of play.

Stretch has Elvis and BMDK on Kijiji. I have played both machines and they are in mint condition. Buy with confidence.

Ah. Not local, hence I didn't see it.

Gauging interest on possible trades. Not looking for projects. Newer titles from stern and maybe the odd B title from bally/williams. This is a professionally done cabinet and system. Some of the upgrades are dedicated controls for games like Tron (flight stick and spinner). Also dual spinners for 2 player driver games. stick shooter for robotron etc. Lighted controls depending on the game you're playing. Original owner, in its original home. Has been lots of fun with the kids (4 player TMNT anyone?), but find myself playing more and more alone, and would prefer moving back to a pin for that.
