Is there any difference between this spiderman and spiderman black other than the backglass with a black spiderman?

#1802 9 years ago

I think the blacks came with the shaker motor standard, and the other ones didn't?

That's right I owned a black plus backglass rails lockdown bar that's about it

I just posted offering to help out. I'm going up to the Quebec City Show May 16 & 17. If stuff gets here in April or early May. My 5' x 8' trailer is going up empty. So also if any locals have pins for sale, & you can do a deal. They can hitch a free ride, @ owners risk.

Nice Spidey. Wish I liked the game more, but not enough to make the buy yet.

Either way, glws, it looks great!

I'm looking for a Phantom of the Opera, Pinbot or something around that period. Not looking for collector condition or price. Want something that needs a little work but not major rebuild.

Hey folks,

Well, I thought I'd give this thread first kick at the can. I'll be posting this on the marketplace later today, but for now...

I'm putting up for sale my newly acquired AC/DC Pro. I have another local deal that I'd like to make so this needs to go to fund it, and also to fund the parts I need to finish up a couple of other machines I have. I'm looking for a quick, no-nonsense, sale so please keep the tire kicking to a minimum.

I only have one picture on this computer but I'm going down to my shop after posting this to take proper pictures to post.

This game was lightly routed and there have been no lockbar modifications made to the cabinet. The playfield is in perfect condition and the game plays 100% with no issues. I have swapped out the incandescent bulbs for the inserts with LEDs, but the GI and flashers are incandescent. This is a second run game with the reinforced lightning bolts. There is one broken plastic (the tip of the one that holds the far left lightning bolt) and the lockdown bar is tight on the right side which has caused the front decal to wrinkle underneath the bar, but isn't terribly noticeable and can be fixed if desired. There is also a nick on the "Fire" metal faceplate on the lockdown bar. These are just small issues, but worth mentioning in the spirit of full disclosure.

The game is located in Kelowna, BC, and will be available for pickup/inspection, or I can ship at the buyer's expense.

I am asking $4,500 CDN with the LED inserts, or I can remove them and put the incandescent bulbs back in and the price will be adjusted to $4,400 CDN. I'll be listing this in the marketplace for $3,600USD so I believe my pricing is fair. Not interested in trades at this time.

Send me a PM if you are interested and we'll go from there. I'll also update a little later on with more detailed pictures. Here's the only one I have on this computer currently.

Cheers,
Greg

Thoughts on something guys. A while back, there was a thread started called the "Pay it Forward Thread." Basically the concept was simple. You post any extra parts you'd be willing to part with for free. First one to speak claims them but they must also give something away. Went on for quite a while.

Over the last year or so I've acquired quite a few parts... many of which I don't need. And I know shipping from the states can be murder particularly with the state of the dollar right now.

Just gauging an interest in a CANADIAN PAY IT FORWARD Thread. Canadian's hooking up other Canadian's with free parts.

Thoughts?

I have a Stern Flight 2000 that I picked up and not working, I hope to start working on it soon but was wondering before I got started and spending money on it if anyone has played this game or have any comments on it?
Thanks

Thanks for the comments, SS is new to me, I currently have 3 EM's and a Lethal Enforcers arcade(for sale) Looking at F2K the rectifier board looks like it was gone over, lots of burn areas, bad solder joints, I think I am going to need a new board, anyone know the best place to get one?

a lot of people use Rottendog

http://rottendog.us/bps018.html

note the disclaimer mentioned by the folks at Rottendog below!

Note: Please Read

This is the most difficult circuit board I have ever had the "pleasure" to replace. The procedure involves desoldering from the old board and then resoldering the wires onto the new board! You need to take extreme care to track which-wire-goes-where.

Click on the link for pinwiki listing of wire colors xref to board holes http://www.pinwiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=File:Stern-ta100-16b-6.png

I DO NOT recommend that any but the most advanced repair technician try to use this board!

He plays in the two bar leagues in Vancouver. Occasionally in the vrpa as well. Don't have contact info but I could forward yours if you like through a mutual friend.

Have the following screens for sale. Excuse my cell phone pictures

Would entertain shipping in Canada but would prefer local or at least alberta first.

Since the exchange is balls right now, figure I'll let these go for $125 CAD + shipping. They are built for F-14 and DE - Time Machine (as says on the boards) but they fit other Sys 11's fine too.

Will reduce the price if you have a NUMERIC 7 digit plasma display you can trade in kind. Will desolder from board if needed.

Here is his original thread: https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/fs-system-11a-led-display-sets-125

SOLD

Pm sent ...wondering if this board will fit a space station? I think so?

#1850 9 years ago

late production F14 and space station are the same. Part number ends in 10 I believe. Early production F14 not compatible part # ending in 09 instead. Only know as I have SS with new Xpin and my F14 is early model has different mounting.
