Quoted from sixtyfourbits:Glad to hear the new code came out! I’ve always thought it looked like a fun game. And I guess even if I did have the money set aside, it would likely take me a while to find one. I only know of two in Canada, and I’m betting there’s not too many others floating around up here.
Interestingly, I was told a franchisee in Swift Current bought four (4!) of the same machine, one for each of his locations throughout Saskatchewan.
I purchased the pin because my first job was with Domino's. The year was 1991. I was nine years-old, and earned $3 an hour to deliver flyers for them on Rollerblades. The perk was getting to make your own pizza at the location when you were done your three hours of skating. I still like the pizza, and totally bought the game for pure nostalgia. When I sell, I will undoubtedly incur a loss, but whatever, no regrets. If there is one thing the pandemic has taught me, it is to indulge when the mood strikes.
