Quoted from northerndude:

... a 34" piece of 3/4 conduit, set front of pin on it, and roll the pin into my vehicle with one hand!

Ack, that's awesome! Thank you. Didnt even need a trailer for Maverick behind the Outback if I had used this trick.

guard - help me! Lol

One key thing I found, a 34" piece of 3/4 conduit, set front of pin on it, and roll the pin into my vehicle with one hand!

Oh man I wish I had read this last week before I mangled the back edge of my game trying to load it into an SUV.

What I use is a big sheet of cardboard ,thick what works best is a box from Stern which I use ,when loading bring the cardboard almost out the back and put the pin on it lift up and slide in real easy too do and out the same way

This is the same method I use.

Was that under $25K or just over?

Update: went looking and couldn't find it. The $7,500 Maverick made me wince a little.

What do you guys think a Jack Bot is worth? Restored condition (near mint) with original playfield (no blemishes) holes are perfect.

#15966 3 years ago

Put it up for 10k someone in Eastern Canada is bound to buy it.

And for good reason, by far the better game

I agree....in fact I don't get the love for Pinbot at all.

I fell into this trap. Back in the day I worked in fairly remote location and they had a Pinbot. Me and another guy battled it out for high score for months. We worked different shifts so we never actually played together but we constantly swapped initials. Fast forward 20 years and I picked one up, took me about a week to realize it was only fun because it was the only pin in the place. I could not get rid of it fast enough. Jackbot is better but the rules can’t save that layout for me.

Agree with everything said, I grew up playing PinBot so when I found Jack Bot it was a natural purchase. My kids love the Jack Bot, I have come to appreciate how difficult mega visor is and overall gameflow is incredible. A real shooters' game where it's very possible to manipulate the ball with the flippers (always impresses guests).

My only gripe is the casino theme over the universe theme found in PinBot, the universe themes in pinbot are fantastic and I wish they would have used them in Jack Bot.

#15974 3 years ago

Well, if anyone needs a jack-bot then, I could be persuaded to part with mine

Shoutout to Adib today! Quick and easy exchange selling my Jurassic Park Pro. Friendly pinsider and I’d be happy to deal with him again

#15976 3 years ago

What's all the hate for Pin*Bot? It's a great game, Jack*Bot I just couldn't get into... I'm not a fan of Gambling/Cards/Casino themes.

I still miss my Pin*Bot

Great group ... pleasure to help!

One last shot at looking for an available Hobbit here I think.

If one doesn’t pop up, I have close to my mind made up on a different pin.

Let me know if your letting go of Hobbit soon, verrrry soon.
