Hey Guys, I’m trying to locate a Williams Road Kings drop target.
Can’t seem to find one anywhere!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was at Player One in Mississauga on Friday, and purchased some drop target plastics. Doesn't hurt to check with them as they may have some by chance. Or try Eddie, he carries a bunch of drop targets but don't see Williams listed. Player One also does big orders from Marcos so you can ask them to order them for you. May be cheaper than ordering directly:

Thanks, I’ll give them a try.

Not sure of a price on it but I will have a Gottlieb MIBS for sale at some point soon. Everything is working game play wise, just needing to finish up some cabinet repair and waiting on a broken plastic to arrive in the mail. Don't know a price yet... just throwing it out there if someone is just itching to play marbles during a global pandemic.

Is it possible to get a GnR LE anywhere in Canada or U.S. shipped to Canada right now? If so where? I'm guessing its likely see options in January?

Did you try Tommy @ Nitro ?

#15206 3 years ago

If you order a GNR LE right now you will be lucky to get it this time next year. They are super backed up for production at Jersey Jack right now, they severely underestimated the demand on this machine.

No.

Only option is pay deposit thru website where jjp cuts out middleman, orrrr support your distributor, nitro, put deposit down and wait.

I’d guess at least 6 months til you get a Machine though, they are way behind. Stern is months behind too, not much coming until spring unless they have a Shitload of lz secretly up their sleeve. Or maybe kapow hp.

Or spend 5 mins at the bank and get a $USD bank account. Done.

What is the benefit of doing this, just avoiding the foreign exchange fee's on payments?

I keep a US cash account. Always, it's just empty right now,lol

Let's you do the exchange now and have the money in hand if the dollar goes worse.....or better and you fuck yourself over anyway

I assume this advice is based on locking in a known exchange rate.

One of the better ways is get a $USD account. Fees are low or possibly nothing.

Besides then you could just convert $1000/month to USD until the machine is available and get a nice blended rate. Most importantly you can change your mind and not have to beg for a refund.

#15215 3 years ago

Also helpful if you do lots of business in American cash, can deposit and withdraw without losing any points.

Where do I sign up to fuck myself? Do I just go into the bank and fuck myself or do I have to see a specialist?

Move money from the Canadian account to US account, then move it back. Thats getting fucked.
Also, I'm sure they have special lenders for that!!! lol

I would probably do my South Park for Monopoly trade but it’s the shipping etc that kills it for me.

I've tossed my EMs up here before, but not much interested in this crowd.
I still have a few to move, but just haven't bothered much. LoL

Surely there has to be someone with interest aside from me?!

I could get slammed for this, but I created a new Canadian EM thread here: https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/anybody-in-canada-have-any-em-s-they-want-to-sell-#post-5968262

Post away... This will make it a bit easier for those who are interested specifically in EM machines.

Interested to see what's out there!

LF SWEP1 P2K kit. Actually I could settle for just the pf and translite but prefer the full kit.
I've asked dgpinball about his kit but he ain't replying. I'm in the Ottawa area if shipping isn't possible.

Quoted from Tinnhound:

Shawn in Calgary has one, PM me for his info

Well a big thanks to Tinnhound for the lead and thanks to Lord_of_the_pins for a super smooth transaction and arranging shipping.

Now if I can only get my Pinbox setup to work on the original CRT I will be able to play it lol.

Am I the only one that thinks this is redundant? We have this thread and it's not like there are hundreds of posts a day. Seems unnecessary to create another Canadian Pins for sale thread.

#15241 3 years ago

How much was the first one? I'm just curious as the ad is down now. The $5000 one is still up though.

there was no price , just said lowballers would be ignored and that he would donate it before he would accept a low price !

Respectfully disagree... hence the new thread. 99.9% of discussion in this thread pertains to SS machines - there's so much discussion of this nature that members have mentioned that they haven't bothered to post their EM machines in this thread.

Intention is not to start a turf war. Simply hoping to provide a more convenient forum for those specifically looking for EM's, while avoiding the need to sift through multiple pages about Blackout.
