Yes, I heard the same from one of the organizers. They will share the annex with the tournament.
If you're in the bay area you can also see many of Larry's machines at PPM year-round.

I wouldn't say it's "one of the best" but it has it's own unique charm. There is a lot of buying and selling. It's also very laid back, not go go go like other shows. The tournament I run is also very laid back to match the show. Only $5, no re-buys, no multi-day commitment, no cash prizes. All proceeds are for the kids.
