Well it is ranked 26th so it is likely a real good game. The average ebay price for it is about $1100.
I have a friend in Romania, where Dracula comes from... , but not/never a williams machine.Sorry , i can't help you.
Yeh I have played it plenty back in early 90's when it was released, but haven't examined one to really know what's original and what's not in a long long time. I remember the mist multiball being the most awesome thing I had ever seen at the time - so I know thats a big item that tends to break. I'll have a look and let you guys know what happens. Was also looking at a whirlwind which I remember loving but unfortunately its in really bad shape, would need alot of love, at $1000 just overpriced for condition.
I have recently purchased a Bram Stokers Dracula and im NEVER (well we say these things) going to let leave my collection!!
First played Dracula about a year ago in a local pizza shop and fell in love...ended up spending way more money playing Pinball then buying pizza.
At first i couldnt understand why i so badly wanted to come back for more and more because the game does seem some what hard to master, but come back time and time again i did. This game was now at the top of my want list!
The overall theme is brilliant at being creepy and dark which makes a change from some of the over the top cheesy games out there.
The dot matrix animations are awesome..from the screaming lady vampires to the couple dancing and the ramming of the stake into Dracula's heart!
The lighting show is one of the best suited of any machine ive played.
The sounds are bone chilling, love the church bells ringing out and the 'love never die's' lighting up below the dot matrix screen.
Mist multi ball...a mysterious ball floating across playfield well how cool is that??? Dam way cool! Everyone who has played at my house just thinks thats the coolest thing ever.
Stacking multiballs sends the machine nuts! Screams of ten, twenty and thirty million make a great job of letting you know your hitting your targets.
Dracula is a fast paced thrill ride with plenty of playing depth also. The left ramp shot feels so sweet when you get a roll on and nail it time and time again.
Failed shots can be punishing though so you must quick to react.
Looks awesome lit up at night and has to be the best 'horror' themed machine ever in my opinion.
I dont think Dracula has anymore faults then your average pinball machine has but i would pick out two things to look out for..yes that cool mist multi feature will need adjustments here and there and also look out for 'planking' or fine wood grain cracks in playfield surface as i have noticed this some what often on most the Dracula's ive looked at for some reason.
If you have more than one Pinball machine go out and buy it now! Its not a sole machine but its the perfect companion to any other pinball in a collection!
