I last ordered from the Pinball Center in Germany on Feb. 28, 2016, and did not have any problems. I just looked at my account information and you need to have a payment method specified with your US address.
Initially, their system had an issue with the US mailing addresses and since it was for an item that only they carried after several emails I called them early in the morning US time and spoke with Holger Exner and we were able to get the mailing address issue sorted out.
Have you emailed Pinball Center directly and did they confirm that they no longer ship to US addresses?
