i'll come on pinside and post pictures of me playing with it.

Not interested

Quoted from mark9:

It's not just the British who have bad teeth

Tom Cruise Teeth.jpg 8 KB

Man how I wish this yahoo was a Brit instead of a Yank...but, wait a minute--he was married to a (much taller) citizen of the UK--that makes him yours, sort of!

#4653 9 years ago
Quoted from fosaisu:

With those straight teeth you'd barely know he was British!

PT was born in Maryland--only Brit in the group was the late Davy Jones.

Its kind of sad that this is all we have to talk about.

Well that explains the teeth then!

I wonder if there'll be a population increase 9 months after that 50 shades of grey movie comes out?

#4658 9 years ago
Quoted from pezpunk:

trust me i will be climaxing in full when my MMRLE arrives .

I wouldn't be promoting that, you might be trying to sell your mmRle someday. Guys seem to have have long memories here.

#4659 9 years ago

As per Ricks post, the line is moving. Slowly for now as they train the line at stern.

#4660 9 years ago

My dealer emailed me last night.

Is requesting "final payment" now

Says my machine will be shipping "within the next 3 weeks"

There is light....

YES but sometimes the light is an oncoming Train

I was told that same thing 6 months ago and paid in full........

I wish JJP would contact me soon.

I've been paid in full since july 3rd.

So much for believing Jack when he says first to pay, first to play.

I'll never fall for that again...no more payments to JJP up front....EVER.

I'm in the same boat but now the way the Canadian Dollar has been pounded I'm now in a very good position so I can't complain.
I chose black trim so I"m not until the next batch or later.

Black trim MMRLE is first off production line.
Turns out, coin mechs were included and a few special surprises.
The software emulation is insane in the membrane...

Another first, for Chicago Gaming! Well done......

#4673 9 years ago

Looks awesome! Wakka Wakka!

#4674 9 years ago

Nice update from Rick today. Thoroughly testing and going through the first batch of units off the line and making last round of minor adjustments/improvements so production can move full steam ahead.

First games are getting boxed up and out the door this week.

Where's the LE plaque/sticker? Or is that one of the said surprises?

On a serious note, I'm glad they are finally at the finish line, we are all a step closer to playing new MMs, what an exciting time for pinball!

Mine's glued to the coin mechs inside

I love this part that Rick wrote:

- one switch actually is wrong per print, and so a longer version of the actuator was made after confirming per original games (and consulting with Gomez, etc) - it works fine - mainly because the software (per Lyman) never figured it would be correct (lol)

It's funny how some people bitched about Stern building the games, and yet, here they are, able to go down the hall and ask the original programmer about how the software sees a particular switch. Love it.

You stealing from Planetary's forum again Aurich? Don't want to cause any more trouble now.

Maybe Rick might want to start charging royalties.

He's got a point Aurich, you have been chastised before for sharing good news from the PPS Forum -- maybe you should only comment when Rick posts about slipping deadlines or other setbacks ...

#4681 9 years ago

Damn my libelous, slanderous quoting!

#4682 9 years ago

Aurich...your just a trouble maker...and we love trouble makers!

Quoted from fosaisu:

Exactly.....you should be complaining the switch was wrong in the first place. Scandalous!

Seriously though, was exactly what I thought as well....would be great to be there seeing all this happen. Can imagine Lyman Sheets and Greg Freres standing around the first MMr's reminiscing. Maybe Lyman can do a code update while he's at it (like he's got so much time).

I wonder what the chances are of getting Rick to send me a new switch for my MM??

It was wrong in the drawings, that does not mean it was wrong in production.

First game from a new company that took preorders is a big difference. It's just terrible marketing from Rick.

I want to know where I can buy one of those MM banners.

Marketing worked for me. No pics needed just send the game along soon : )

I bet once games are shipped it will prove you dont folks taking pics of production facilities to sell games. Only to pacify the whiny interwebs.

#4695 9 years ago

...fact you, like I?
