I bought a crane game a few months ago, took it apart to clean it and move it to my basement. By take it apart, I mean piece by piece. Now its all cleaned and back together. Everything works except the crane will not move left/right or forward/back. When you press on the joysick, you can hear the stepper motors making noise but no movement occurs. I have the manual, under this condition, it says to test for binding with the machine off. The operation is very smooth, so I'm assuming this is not the issue. Next it says to check all electrical connections, which I have done 5x now and everything looks good. It also says the stepper motors rarely if ever fail, so I find it hard to believe both have failed at the same time. ( both worked fine before I took it apart )

Its a Benchmark Games Acme Crane 43" model.

Any advise would be appreciated, as Im sure Im just over looking something.
