I'm a big proponent of retroBrite and it's derivatives:

I did try an old plastic with artwork screened as a test, and it does bleach out the artwork, so avoid this. However keep in mind it does work great on solid color plastics other then white which may have developed a dingy appearance.
After 4 years my sttng parts still look perfect.
